AdStellar AI pricing is one plan with every feature, sold by AI credits at a flat $2 per 1,000 credits. The entry tier is $100 a month for 50,000 credits, the tier AdStellar marks most popular is $500 for 250,000, and the top tier is $10,000 a month for 5 million. New accounts get $100 in free credits with nothing due on day one, billing is monthly, and seats and ad accounts are unlimited on every tier.

The catch is that the pricing page only shows a dropdown, so most review sites quote "from $100" and stop there. The full list of 14 tiers is shipped inside the page itself, and that is what this breakdown uses. Every AdStellar figure below comes from adstellar.ai/pricing and its FAQ, checked on October 2, 2026. Credit costs are AdStellar's own published estimates.

How much does AdStellar AI cost per month?

AdStellar AI costs between $100 and $10,000 a month, depending only on how many AI credits you buy. The price per credit never changes, so there is no volume discount at the top: 5 million credits cost exactly 100 times what 50,000 do. Here is every tier, grouped the way AdStellar labels them.

AdStellar groupMonthly creditsPrice per month

Agencies and enterprise3,750,000$7,500

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades wait for the end of the billing period, so a busy launch month can be bought up quickly, but a quiet month after it still bills at the higher tier.

What do AdStellar credits cost per task?

A credit costs a fifth of a cent, which means nothing until you know how many credits each job uses. AdStellar publishes rough costs for its main actions. Converted to dollars at $2 per 1,000, they look like this.

ActionCredits (AdStellar estimate)Cost in dollars
Quick question or tapping a suggestion in the agent chatFree to 200$0 to $0.40
AI image adAbout 100 eachAbout $0.20
AI-built campaign launch to MetaAbout 100About $0.20
Media-buying analysis of your account700 to 1,700$1.40 to $3.40

Ten-second video ad (from AdStellar's FAQ math)About 2,940About $5.90
Manually built campaign0$0

The pattern is clear: images, launches and chat are cheap, and video is where credits go. AdStellar's own FAQ says the $100 tier covers roughly 500 AI image ads or 17 ten-second videos a month, which is a 30 to 1 ratio between the two.

Which AdStellar tier do you actually need?

Most buyers pick a tier from the label ("small business", "scaling brand") and then find out from their usage. It is faster to estimate a normal month. These three profiles use the per-task costs above.

ProfileMonthly usageCreditsTier and price
Shopify store testing static ads on Meta60 image ads, 20 AI launches, 4 account analysesAbout 13,00050,000 tier, $100 (lots of headroom)
DTC brand leaning on video and UGC-style ads40 ten-second videos, 100 image ads, 30 AI launches, 8 analysesAbout 140,000150,000 tier, $300
Agency running 8 Meta client accountsPer client: 20 videos, 80 images, 10 launches, 4 analysesAbout 580,000750,000 tier, $1,500 (the 500,000 tier falls short)

Two things move these numbers more than anything else. The first is video: every 10 extra short videos a month adds about 29,000 credits, or roughly $60. The second is expiry. Monthly credits expire 60 days after they are granted, on a rolling window, and the oldest are used first. You can carry a little from one month into the next, but you cannot bank a quiet quarter and spend it in November.

Is AdStellar free?

AdStellar is not free, but it starts with $100 in free credits (50,000) and $0 due on day one. That is enough to generate a few hundred image ads or about 17 short videos, which is a fair test of the creative quality. When the credits run out you choose a paid tier, and AdStellar says you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Manually built campaigns never use credits, so the Meta launch flow itself costs nothing if you bring your own creative.

Does AdStellar have an annual plan?

AdStellar's pricing FAQ says billing is monthly only, with no annual contract. Its homepage, checked the same day, showed a banner for 20 percent off an annual plan plus up to 1,000 bonus credits. Those cannot both be the standing offer, so if the annual discount matters to you, ask which one applies and get the discount and credit volume written on the invoice before you pay. Note that 1,000 bonus credits are worth about $2 at AdStellar's own rate.

What AdStellar pricing does not include

The credit price covers AdStellar's AI work. It does not cover three costs that decide what you actually spend each month.

  • The ad spend itself. Meta bills you directly for media. AdStellar shows the credit cost before each paid action, which protects your tool budget, not your ad budget.
  • Google Ads. AdStellar is a Meta platform. If buyers also find you on Google Search or Shopping, that side needs another tool or another person.
  • The person running the account. AdStellar's agent can analyze performance, pause weak ads and move budget when you ask it to, but someone still decides strategy, approves what launches and watches results. If that is a freelancer, our freelance media buyer rates breakdown puts experienced buyers at roughly $60 to $110 an hour.

Creative is the other open question. AI avatar ads are cheap to test, but for some products, especially anything worn, applied or tasted, they still lose to a real person on camera. If that is your category, it can be cheaper to hire vetted creators for authentic UGC videos and use credits only for statics and variations.

Is AdStellar worth the money?

AdStellar is worth it when Meta is your main channel, someone on your team already runs the buying, and the bottleneck is producing enough new creative to keep testing. At $100 to $500 a month it is cheaper than a designer for the same volume of statics and short videos, and unlimited seats and ad accounts are a real advantage for agencies.

It is harder to justify when nobody has time to run the account, or when Google is where your buyers search. Then the credits are the small part of the bill. The large part is the hours, and a usage-priced creative tool does not reduce those.

When a flat-fee AI media buyer costs less than AdStellar

AdBot is priced the other way round: a flat monthly fee that does not change with how many ads it writes or how many changes it makes. It is $297 a month for Google or Meta, $697 for both, and $1,497 for multiple brands, with annual billing halving each plan. For that it builds the campaigns from your website, writes the ad copy and creative variants, sends builds for your approval, and then works the account daily inside a hard daily and monthly spend cap. It does not generate AI video or avatar ads, which is where AdStellar is stronger.

So the comparison is simple. If you have a buyer and need creative volume on Meta, AdStellar's credits are the cheaper line. If you need the buying done, on Google as well as Meta, a flat fee usually costs less than a tool plus the person to drive it. The AdStellar AI alternative comparison lays the two side by side with Madgicx and Birch, and the AdBot pricing page shows exactly what each plan includes. For Meta-first tools priced by spend instead of usage, see the Madgicx pricing table.
