Adalysis costs $149 a month for accounts spending up to $50,000 a month on ads, and the price climbs with your ad spend through 12 published tiers to $3,000 a month at $5 million. Above $5 million it is a custom quote. Paying for six months up front takes 10% off, and annual billing takes 15% off, which brings the entry tier to $126 a month.
Every plan has the same features: unlimited Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, unlimited users, audits, alerts, budget tools and reporting. What changes as you move up is the price, the support level and the length of the free trial. The pricing page shows one figure at a time on a slider, so most reviews quote "from $149" and stop. The full table below comes from the tier list inside adalysis.com/pricing, checked in October 2026.

How much does Adalysis cost per month?
Adalysis costs between $149 and $3,000 a month on monthly billing, set by the highest monthly ad spend your linked accounts reach. All prices are in US dollars, and Adalysis charges the same numbers in euros. Here is every tier with all three billing options, shown as the monthly equivalent.
| Max monthly ad spend | Monthly billing | Six-month billing | Annual billing | Fee as share of max spend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $50,000 | $149 | $134 | $126 | 0.30% |
| $150,000 | $249 | $224 | $211 | 0.17% |
| $250,000 | $349 | $314 | $296 | 0.14% |
| $350,000 | $449 | $404 | $381 | 0.13% |
| $500,000 | $599 | $539 | $509 | 0.12% |
| $750,000 | $775 | $697 | $658 | 0.10% |
| $1 million | $950 | $855 | $807 | 0.10% |
| $1.5 million | $1,300 | $1,170 | $1,105 | 0.09% |
| $2 million | $1,600 | $1,440 | $1,360 | 0.08% |
| $3 million | $2,000 | $1,800 | $1,700 | 0.07% |
| $4 million | $2,500 | $2,250 | $2,125 | 0.06% |
| $5 million | $3,000 | $2,700 | $2,550 | 0.06% |
| Above $5 million | Custom quote | |||
The last column is the useful one for anyone used to agency fees. At the entry tier Adalysis costs at most 0.3% of the spend it watches, and the share keeps falling as spend grows. On a full year at the $50,000 tier, annual billing comes to $1,512 against $1,788 paid monthly, a saving of $276.
What the higher tiers add besides a bigger number
Adalysis groups its tiers into three support levels, and the cut-off points are set by the monthly price rather than named plans. If you are close to a boundary, the support change can matter more than the extra $100.
| Support level | Tiers it covers | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $149 to $349 a month (up to $250K spend) | 1 onboarding session, email support answered within 12 hours, 30-day free trial |
| Priority | $449 to $775 a month ($350K to $750K) | 2 onboarding sessions, priority support with a 2-hour response for 97% of requests, extendable 45-day trial, 2 team training sessions a year |
| Premium | $950 a month and up ($1M and above) | 3 onboarding sessions, priority support, extendable 60-day trial, 3 team training sessions a year, dedicated account manager |
Features themselves do not change. The $149 account gets the same 100-plus audit checks, budget projections, performance monitors, RSA asset manager, campaign builder and white-label reporting as the $3,000 account.
How Adalysis bills when your ad spend changes
Adalysis resets your tier every month based on actual spend. If spend crosses into a higher tier, it emails you four days before the upgrade takes effect, and it moves you down the same way when spend falls. Non-USD accounts are converted to dollars at the daily exchange rate to decide the tier.
Two details are easy to miss. Six-month and annual plans switch to monthly billing automatically when the term ends, so the discount lapses unless you renew. And monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; you pay for the month in progress and nothing after. Payment is by Amex, Mastercard or Visa.
For agencies, this model is cheap per client but it scales with the whole book, since spend across every linked account counts toward the tier, and Adalysis can combine billing for several manager accounts. If you pass tool costs through to clients, it helps to keep client contracts and renewal dates in one place so each retainer reflects the tool fee its spend actually drives.
Does Adalysis have a free trial?
Yes. Adalysis offers a 30-day free trial on the standard tiers, an extendable 45-day trial at $449 a month and above, and an extendable 60-day trial at $950 and above. That is far longer than the 14 days most PPC tools offer. The trial includes every feature, because there is only one feature set.
What platforms does Adalysis support?
Adalysis supports Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and nothing else. It does not manage or audit Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn or Amazon ads. Inside Google it covers Search and Performance Max, plus AI Max tools, quality score analysis, search term and n-gram analysis, and RSA asset testing.
That makes it a strong fit for paid search specialists and a partial one for anyone whose budget is split between search and social. If Meta is half your spend, you will need a second tool or a person for that half.
Adalysis pricing compared with Optmyzr, Opteo and AdBot
Adalysis is usually the cheapest of the serious paid search tools at the same spend. Here is how the published prices line up at three spend levels, all on monthly billing.
| Monthly ad spend | Adalysis | Optmyzr Essentials | Opteo | AdBot |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to $10,000 | $149 | $299 (lowest tier, $25K) | $129 (Basic, 10 accounts, to $25K) | $297 for Google or Meta |
| Up to $50,000 | $149 | $349 | $249 (Professional, 25 accounts, to $100K) | $697 for Google and Meta |
| Up to $250,000 | $349 | $599 | $499 (Agency, 75 accounts) | $1,497 (Scale) |
| Who does the daily work | You, with alerts and audits | You, with rules and scripts | You, approving recommendations | AdBot, inside caps you set |
Optmyzr figures are from its pricing data checked in September 2026 (full breakdown in our Optmyzr pricing guide), and Opteo from opteo.com in September 2026 (see Opteo pricing). The comparison only holds within one job, though. Adalysis, Optmyzr and Opteo make a PPC manager faster. AdBot replaces the daily work of the PPC manager, which is why it costs more than a tool and far less than a person.
Is Adalysis worth it?
Adalysis is worth it if someone skilled already runs your Google or Microsoft Ads every week and wants faster audits, cleaner ad tests and budget alerts. At $149 a month for up to $50,000 in spend, one caught overspend or one broken landing page flagged early pays for a year. Agencies get extra value from unlimited accounts and users with no per-seat charges.
It is not worth it if nobody has time to act on what it finds. Adalysis states plainly that it will not change your Google Ads account without your explicit permission, so every alert and audit finding still needs a person to decide and click. When that person does not exist, the findings pile up and the subscription becomes a list nobody reads.
That is the gap AdBot fills. It builds Google Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns from your website, runs them every day, and adds Meta on the Growth plan, all inside a daily and monthly spend cap it cannot exceed. Plans run $297 a month for one platform and $697 for Google and Meta, halved on annual billing, and never a percentage of your ad spend. If you are weighing the two, our Adalysis alternative page compares them feature by feature, and the Google Ads management tool guide lays out every type of tool and who it suits. You can also see each plan on the AdBot pricing page.
Frequently asked questions about Adalysis pricing
Is Adalysis free?
No. Adalysis has no free plan. It offers a free trial of 30 days on the standard tiers and up to 60 days on the highest tiers, then bills from $149 a month. It also publishes some free PPC tools and Looker Studio templates outside the product.
Does Adalysis charge per user or per account?
No. Every Adalysis plan includes unlimited users and unlimited Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts. The only thing that sets the price is monthly ad spend across the accounts you link.
What happens if my spend goes over my Adalysis tier?
Adalysis moves you to the next tier automatically for the following month and emails you four days before the change. There is no overage fee on top of the tier; you simply pay the higher tier price, and you move back down if spend drops.
Can I cancel Adalysis at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and pay only for the month in progress. Six-month and annual plans convert to monthly billing at the end of the term, and you can cancel from inside the platform then.
