Optmyzr costs $299 a month on Essentials and $389 a month on Premium if you spend $25,000 a month on ads and pay monthly, according to its own pricing calculator in September 2026. Annual billing drops those to $209 and $272 a month. The price is tiered by your monthly ad spend, so at $150,000 in spend the same two plans are $449 and $584, and at $500,000 they are $959 and $899.

Optmyzr stopped printing those figures as plain text on its pricing page. You now move a slider to your monthly ad spend and the price appears, which is why most articles about Optmyzr pricing quote numbers from 2023. The table below is the full current matrix, pulled tier by tier, along with the two places where the pricing does something you would not expect.

Optmyzr pricing by monthly ad spend in 2026

Every tier, in US dollars, checked September 2026. "Monthly" is the price if you pay month to month. "Annual" is the effective monthly price when you pay for a year up front, which Optmyzr markets as roughly a 30 percent saving.

Your monthly ad spendEssentials, monthlyEssentials, annualPremium, monthlyPremium, annualAd accounts

Up to $50,000$349$244$454$31825

Up to $350,000$779$545$779$54550
Up to $500,000$959$671$899$62950
Over $500,000CustomCustomCustomCustomUnlimited, fair use

Two things in that table are worth a second look before you pick a plan.

From $250,000 in monthly spend upward, Essentials and Premium cost exactly the same: $599 at the $250,000 tier and $779 at $350,000. If you are in that band, there is no reason to buy the cheaper plan, because there is no cheaper plan. Ask for Premium.

At the $500,000 tier the order inverts. Essentials is $959 a month and Premium is $899, so the more capable plan is $60 a month cheaper. That looks like an artifact of how the tiers were built rather than a deliberate offer, and it may be corrected, but while it holds, buying Essentials at half a million in spend means paying more for less.

How much does Optmyzr cost?

For most US advertisers the honest answer is $299 to $599 a month. Optmyzr's entry price is $299 a month on Essentials with monthly billing, and the tiers below $250,000 in ad spend cover the large majority of accounts. A business spending $30,000 a month on Google Ads and paying annually lands at $244 a month. An agency spending $200,000 across clients pays $449 on Essentials or $584 on Premium, monthly.

The number that surprises people is not the subscription. It is that the ad account allowance is generous, 25 accounts up to the $150,000 tier and 50 above it, while the spend cap is the real constraint. Optmyzr prices on the money flowing through the accounts, not on how many you connect, so a ten-client agency with modest budgets pays less than one brand spending heavily.

What is the difference between Optmyzr Essentials and Premium?

Essentials carries the core optimization work: the one-click optimizations, rule engine, alerts, reporting and the Google Ads script library Optmyzr is known for. Premium adds the deeper tooling, including the fuller budget pacing features, experiments and the more advanced automation layers, plus priority support. Enterprise is quoted individually and covers unlimited accounts under a fair use policy.

Practically, Essentials is enough if one person runs a handful of accounts and wants faster audits and bulk changes. Premium starts to pay for itself when budget pacing across many accounts is a weekly chore, which is the specific job a PPC budget management software comparison covers in more depth.

Does Optmyzr have a free trial?

Yes. Optmyzr offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and the trial gives you access to the plan features so you can run real optimizations rather than click through a demo account. That is long enough for a genuine test if you go in with a plan: connect your largest account, run the account audit, and act on the search-term and negative-keyword suggestions. If you have not saved yourself several hours by day ten, the subscription will not change that later.

Which platforms does Optmyzr support?

Optmyzr covers Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Yahoo Japan Ads. Its depth is clearly strongest on Google and Microsoft search, which is where the product started and where the script library and one-click optimizations are richest. If the bulk of your spend is Meta creative testing rather than search, you are paying for a search tool and using the shallow end of it.

Worth noting what is not in scope at any price: Optmyzr optimizes the accounts you already have, so it does not research the market or show you the ads your competitors are currently running across Meta and Google, which is usually a separate tool in the stack.

Is Optmyzr worth it?

It is worth it under one condition, and it is a big one: somebody has time to use it. Optmyzr is leverage for a skilled operator. It surfaces the wasted spend, drafts the change, and lets a PPC manager do in twenty minutes what used to take an afternoon. Agencies that live in it get a genuine return, and its audit and script tooling is better than what most in-house teams could build.

The failure pattern is equally consistent. A business owner buys it, runs the audit once, sees 40 recommendations, and never returns. Twelve months later the subscription is still billing and the account has the same problems it had at the start. That is not a criticism of the software. It is a category truth about every tool that recommends rather than acts, and it is why our comparison of AI ad tools sorts them by who does the work rather than by feature count.

The test to apply before you pay: open your Google Ads account and look at the date of the last manual change. If it is inside the last week, Optmyzr will make that person faster and is probably a bargain. If it is more than a month ago, buying a tool that produces a task list is buying a longer task list.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Optmyzr?

Several, and they are cheaper because they do less, or different, work. Prices below were checked in September 2026.

Bïrch is the closest true price competitor and the honest comparison is unflattering to nobody: it is a fifth of the price and a fraction of the search depth, and its $10,000 monthly ad spend cap on both paid plans rules it out for the accounts Optmyzr is built for. If Optmyzr is the tool you want but the spend tier stings, annual billing is the real lever, since it cuts the effective monthly price by about 30 percent.

If what you actually want is for the recommendations to be applied rather than listed, that is a different purchase. A Google Ads automation tool that makes the daily changes, or a managed option, replaces the labor instead of accelerating it, and our Optmyzr alternative page lays that trade-off out against AdBot's flat fee.

How Optmyzr pricing compares to paying a person

This is the comparison that decides most budgets. At $30,000 a month in ad spend, Optmyzr Essentials on annual billing is $244 a month, about $2,900 a year. A US PPC agency managing the same account charges $1,500 to $7,500 a month, often plus 10 to 20 percent of spend. A freelance specialist runs $75 to $200 an hour.

So the software is not competing with the agency on price, and it never was. It is competing for the hours of whoever you already employ. Optmyzr is cheap if those hours exist and expensive if they do not, and that is the whole decision. Our flat-fee plans sit in the third position: a fixed monthly fee to have the work done, with no percentage of ad spend, for teams that have the budget but not the bandwidth.

Does Optmyzr offer an annual discount?

Yes, and it is the largest single saving available. Optmyzr markets annual billing as roughly 30 percent off, and the numbers bear that out: Essentials at the $25,000 tier is $299 a month paid monthly and $209 a month paid annually, a saving of $1,080 over a year. Commit only after the trial has proved the tool fits how your team actually works, because the discount is only a discount if you still use it in month nine.
