Trapica pricing is not published. Trapica sells three plans (Automation, Intelligence and Enterprise) through a demo and a custom quote, bills monthly based on your plan and the ad spend it manages, and recommends at least $10,000 a month in ad spend before its AI is worth running. There is no free plan and no self-serve trial, only demos and, in some cases, a pilot on part of your campaigns.

So the short answer to "how much does Trapica cost" is: you find out on a sales call, and the number scales with your budget. The rest of this breakdown covers what each plan includes, what Trapica's own FAQ says about fees, contracts and cancellation, and what the same monthly work costs at common spend levels on tools that publish every price. Every Trapica detail here comes from trapica.com (the pricing page and its published FAQ), checked in September 2026. If you are choosing between tools rather than just pricing one, our Trapica alternative comparison covers features, channels and fit.

How much does Trapica cost?

Trapica costs whatever your quote says, and the quote depends on the plan and on how much spend you connect. Here is what each plan contains according to the pricing page.

Trapica planWhat it includesPlatformsPublished price
AutomationAI campaign optimization, AI bid management, audience discovery, KPI alerts, anomaly detection, A/B test automation, supportSingle platformNot published
Intelligence (marked most popular)Everything in Automation plus cross-channel budget optimization, competitor benchmarks, predictive modeling, custom dashboards, API access, priority supportMulti-platformNot published
EnterpriseEverything in Intelligence plus a dedicated success manager, custom AI model training, advanced attribution, custom integrations and SLAsUnlimitedNot published

You may see a dollar figure for the entry tier on agency and directory sites; at least one quotes a number close to $3,000 a month. Trapica has not published it, so treat any figure you did not get in writing from Trapica as a guess until it appears on your own quote.

Does Trapica offer a free plan?

No. Trapica has no free plan and no self-serve free trial. Its FAQ says it offers personalized demos and "in some cases pilot programs" where you test Trapica on a portion of your campaigns before a full deployment. Pilots are negotiated during the sales process, so ask whether yours is paid, how long it runs, and what counts as success before you connect an account.

What Trapica's billing terms say

The fine print is spread across Trapica's FAQ. Pulled together, the terms that affect what you pay are these.

  • How billing works: monthly, based on your plan and the ad spend Trapica manages. Credit cards are accepted, and larger customers can be invoiced.
  • Setup fees: they vary with account complexity. Trapica says many customers pay none, while complex enterprise deployments may carry a one-time onboarding fee.
  • Contract length: monthly and annual plans are both offered, with a discount on annual. The discount is not stated.
  • Cancellation: monthly plans need 30 days notice. Annual plans are committed for the year and can only be canceled for the following year.
  • Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades usually wait for the next billing cycle.
  • Discounts: agency partners get volume discounts and white-label options, and there are startup programs for qualifying brands. Both go through sales.

Trapica also says its quotes include all platform fees and features, with no hidden charges for integrations or standard support. That is worth getting on paper, together with how the fee moves when your spend moves.

The $10,000 a month minimum, and what it does to your real cost

Trapica's FAQ recommends a minimum of $10,000 a month in ad spend "to see meaningful results from AI optimization", and its brand pages talk about accounts spending $50,000 to $5 million a month. That is an honest statement about machine learning: bid and audience models need conversion volume, and a small account does not produce enough of it.

For budgeting it means two things. First, if you spend under $10,000 a month, Trapica is telling you the product is not built for you yet. Second, because the fee is tied to managed spend, your software bill rises every time you scale. A flat-fee tool does not do that. AdBot, for example, charges $297 a month for one platform and $697 for Google and Meta together up to about $50,000 in monthly spend, whatever you actually spend inside that range.

Trapica pricing compared at real spend levels

The fair comparison is the total monthly cost of getting Google and Meta worked properly, not one tool's sticker price. This table uses published prices only, at three common US spend levels.

Monthly ad spendTrapicaAdBotMadgicx (Meta only)Pixis PrismAgency
$4,000Below its recommended minimum$297 (one platform) or $697 (Google and Meta)$119From $200, plus someone to apply it$1,500+ minimum retainer
$15,000Custom quote, tied to spend$697$229From $200, plus someone to apply it$1,500 to $3,000
$50,000Custom quote, tied to spend$697 (Growth) or $1,497 (Scale)Quoted in the appFrom $200 (higher plans not published), plus staff$5,000 to $10,000

Madgicx figures are its monthly-billing prices by spend band and Pixis is its published entry price, both checked in September 2026; our Madgicx pricing and Pixis AI pricing breakdowns have the details. AdBot plans are on the AdBot pricing page. Agency figures are typical US ranges, not quotes.

Read the table by asking who does what. Trapica tunes targeting, bids and budgets on campaigns your team builds and writes. Madgicx and Prism are tools a person operates. AdBot and an agency build the campaigns and write the ads as well, so each of the tool columns needs some staff time added before the totals are comparable.

Who Trapica's pricing makes sense for

Trapica is priced for an enterprise or large e-commerce team that already has media buyers, spends $50,000 or more a month, and runs ads across many platforms at once. Its reach is the real draw: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Amazon under one optimizer, with cross-channel budget shifting and custom model training on the top plan. For that buyer, a quote tied to spend is normal and the $10,000 floor is irrelevant.

It fits less well for a business spending $2,000 to $40,000 a month on Google and Meta with nobody building campaigns day to day. That buyer pays enterprise-style fees for optimization of campaigns that still have to be created, written and refreshed by someone. If that sounds like your account, a buyer that does the whole job for a published price is usually the cheaper total. B2B software companies in that spot often care less about bid precision than about which paid signups turn into real accounts, and it pays to see which trial signups actually become active users before you raise spend on any channel.

Questions to ask Trapica before you sign

Because nothing is published, the useful work happens on the demo call. These are the questions to get answered in writing.

  • What is the monthly fee at our current spend, and how exactly does it change if spend rises or falls by 50%?
  • Which plan covers the platforms we use today, and what does adding one more platform cost?
  • Is there a setup or onboarding fee for our account structure?
  • What is the annual discount, and what happens if we want to leave during an annual term?
  • Is the pilot paid, how long does it run, and what result ends it early?
  • Can we set hard daily and monthly spend caps that the AI cannot exceed?
  • Can you share a reference customer at our spend level?

Your campaigns stay in your own Google and Meta accounts either way, so switching later is not a migration. If you want the campaigns built and run for a price you can see today, compare the plans on AdBot pricing, size your spend with the advertising budget calculator, and read the Trapica alternative page for the full feature comparison.
