Here's the plan AdBot would run for . Live in 24-48h, then optimized every day.

Pixis AI pricing starts at $200 a month for Prism, the Pixis AI analyst for performance marketing teams, with a 14-day trial and no credit card required. That is the only price Pixis publishes. Adroom (creative), the budget and bid optimization layer, and Pixis Visibility (AI search) are sold through a demo request, and the old pixis.ai/pricing page now returns a page-not-found message.

So the honest answer to "how much does Pixis cost" is: $200 a month to get Prism in the door, and a custom quote for anything beyond it. The rest of this breakdown covers what that $200 buys, what it leaves to your team, what the other Pixis products cost to find out about, and what the same monthly work costs at common spend levels on tools that publish every price. Every Pixis detail here comes from pixis.ai (the Prism signup page, product pages and about page), checked in September 2026. If you are weighing Pixis against other options rather than just pricing it, our Pixis AI alternative comparison covers features, channels and fit.

How much does Pixis cost?

Pixis costs $200 a month and up for Prism. Everything else is quoted. Here is what each Pixis product is and how you buy it.

Pixis productWhat it doesPublished priceHow you buy it
PrismAI interface for performance teams: answers questions about your ad accounts, finds why results moved, recommends changes, helps plan and buildFrom $200 a monthSelf-serve signup, 14-day trial, no card

Pixis does not say what the higher Prism plans include or what they cost, only that plans start at $200. Review sites still carry older Pixis price lists under product names the company no longer leads with, so treat any figure that is not on pixis.ai as out of date until it appears on your own quote.

Is there a free trial for Pixis Prism?

Yes. Prism has a 14-day trial and the signup page says it is free to start with no credit card required. Pixis says setup takes about ten minutes: you connect your ad accounts, then ask questions the way you would brief an analyst. Two weeks is enough to see whether its root-cause answers match what you already know about your accounts, which is the fastest way to judge it.

Use the trial on a real question. Ask it why cost per acquisition rose last month on your largest campaign, then check its answer against what actually happened. If it names the right cause (creative fatigue, budget pacing, audience overlap), it will save your team hours of exports. If it does not, you have lost nothing.

What the $200 buys, and what it leaves to your team

Prism is an analyst and planner. Pixis describes the workflow as ask, audit, act, and the act step is recommendations you export or apply. That is useful if someone on your team opens the ad accounts every day and has the authority to change them. It is less useful if nobody does, because a recommendation that sits unread does not lower your cost per sale.

This is the part of Pixis pricing most buyers miss. The subscription is $200, but the work it points to still has to be done, and that work has a price too. A freelance media buyer typically costs $1,500 to $5,000 a month, and our breakdown of freelance media buyer rates shows where that range comes from. An agency usually charges a $1,500 to $10,000 retainer or 10% to 20% of ad spend. So the real cost of running on Prism is $200 plus whoever applies its advice.

Pixis pricing compared at real spend levels

The fair comparison is total monthly cost to get Google and Meta run properly, not the sticker price of one tool. This table uses published prices only, at three common US spend levels.

Monthly ad spendPixis PrismAdBotMadgicx (Meta only)Optmyzr EssentialsAgency
$4,000From $200, plus someone to apply it$297 (one platform) or $697 (Google and Meta)$119$299$1,500+ minimum retainer
$15,000From $200, plus someone to apply it$697$229$299$1,500 to $3,000
$40,000From $200 (higher plans not published), plus staff$697Quoted in the app$349$4,000 to $8,000

Madgicx and Optmyzr prices are their monthly-billing figures by spend band, checked in September 2026; our Madgicx pricing and Optmyzr pricing breakdowns have the full tables. AdBot plans are on the AdBot pricing page. Agency figures are typical US ranges, not quotes.

Read the table by asking who makes the changes. Prism, Madgicx and Optmyzr are tools a person operates, so each column needs a person's time added. AdBot and an agency make the changes themselves, which is why they cost more on paper and often less in total.

Adroom, Visibility and the rest of the Pixis platform

If the Pixis product you want is Adroom, budget optimization or Visibility, there is no price to compare until you book a demo. Pixis sells mainly to consumer brands and agencies, and its about page lists Fortune 2000 customers, so expect a quote shaped for larger accounts rather than a small-business plan.

Visibility deserves a separate note because it is not an ad product at all. It tracks how often AI assistants and AI search mention your brand. If that is the goal that brought you to Pixis, the lower-cost route for most small and mid-size businesses is simply publishing more pages that answer the questions buyers ask, which an AI SEO agent that writes and publishes blog content can handle on autopilot. Keep that budget separate from your paid media budget, because the two are judged on different numbers.

Is Pixis worth the price?

Prism is worth $200 a month for a team that already has media buyers and loses hours each week to exports, pivot tables and "why did this drop" investigations. At that price it only has to save a few hours a month to pay for itself, and G2 reviewers point to high-spending accounts as where it earns the most.

It is usually not worth it for a business with no one running the ads. If your Google and Meta accounts are managed by an owner in spare time, an analyst that recommends changes adds a to-do list, not results. That buyer needs the campaigns built, the ads written and the budget moved every day, which is what an AI media buyer does, at a published flat price with a hard daily and monthly spend cap.

Questions to ask Pixis before you pay

Because only the starting price is public, the details matter. These are the questions worth getting answered in writing before the trial ends.

  • What does the $200 Prism plan include, and what triggers a move to the next plan: users, connected ad accounts, ad spend, or usage?
  • Is Prism billed monthly or annually, and is there a discount for annual billing?
  • Does Prism apply changes directly in Google Ads and Meta, or only export them for us to apply?
  • Are Adroom and budget optimization separate contracts, and what is the minimum term for each?
  • Which ad platforms can we connect on our plan?
  • If we cancel, what happens to the reports and plans we built in Prism?

Your campaigns stay in your own Google and Meta accounts either way, so switching tools later is not a migration. If you want the whole job done rather than analyzed, compare the plans on AdBot pricing and size your spend with the advertising budget calculator first.
