Zeely AI costs $29.95 a month on Starter, $49.95 on Plus and $79.95 on Growth, for 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 AI credits. That is only the subscription. When you run Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Zeely, its own pricing guide says it adds a service fee of 12% of your Meta ad budget, cut to 6% if you buy the Booster add-on for $39.95 a year. Your ad spend itself is billed on top.

Those figures come from zeely.ai/pricing and Zeely's own 2026 pricing guide, checked on October 8, 2026. The fee is the part most people miss. At $200 a month in ads it barely registers. At $3,000 a month it is $360, more than four times the Growth subscription, and that changes which tool is actually cheaper. If you want to compare against a flat fee straight away, our Facebook ads management tool comparison sets the main options side by side.

How much does Zeely cost per month?

Zeely sells three plans on its website. All three are billed monthly and differ mainly in credits, which are spent every time you generate an image ad, a video ad or other AI content.

PlanPrice per monthCrossed-out price shownCredits per monthWhat the pricing guide says it adds
Starter$29.95$49.952,500Image and video ads, templates, paid and viral campaigns
Plus$49.95$89.955,000Talking reels, prompt to ad, brand-inspired remix
Growth$79.95$149.9510,000Batch static ads, avatar customization, AI image enhancer, priority support

Each plan on the pricing page is labeled "Available only on the site", and the crossed-out prices sit next to the live ones as a standing discount. Zeely's FAQ also says plans can start at $19.99 and come in weekly, bi-monthly and quarterly lengths, and that prices in the mobile app may differ from the website. So if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, check your receipt rather than this table.

There is one inconsistency worth knowing before you choose a tier. The pricing page lists the same features under all three plans, including avatar customization and priority support on Starter. Zeely's pricing guide says those features unlock only on Plus or Growth. If a specific feature is the reason you are upgrading, confirm it inside the app first.

Does Zeely charge a fee on ad spend?

Yes. Zeely's pricing guide gives the formula plainly: total monthly cost equals the subscription, plus the ad budget paid to Meta, plus a service fee of 12% of that ad budget, or 6% with Booster. Booster costs $39.95 once a year and also adds priority support and manual reviews. The same guide later says Zeely "does not take a cut of your Meta budget", which contradicts the fee it has just described. Read it as: Meta gets the full budget, and Zeely bills its 12% separately.

The fee applies to campaigns you run through Zeely. Your bank statement will show two senders, Meta for the ad spend and Zeely for the subscription and fee, which is the source of most "double charge" complaints in Zeely reviews. If you keep the books yourself, it is worth setting up a rule to match each of those charges against your books so the fee does not disappear into a general software line.

What Zeely really costs at your ad budget

Here is the full monthly bill on the Growth plan, the one Zeely's guide points to once you spend $1,000 to $5,000 a month on ads. Booster is spread at $3.33 a month.

Monthly Meta ad spendGrowth plus 12% feeGrowth plus Booster and 6% feeFee as share of the Zeely bill
$500$139.95$113.2843% (12%) / 26% (6%)
$1,000$199.95$143.2860% / 42%
$2,000$319.95$203.2875% / 59%
$3,000$439.95$263.2882% / 68%
$5,000$679.95$383.2888% / 78%

Two things stand out. Booster is worth buying for almost anyone who runs ads all year, because at 6% it saves more than its $39.95 yearly price once you spend about $56 a month. And above about $2,000 a month, the percentage fee is most of what you pay Zeely, which means the price is no longer about credits at all. It is a management fee that grows with your budget, the same model agencies use when they charge a share of spend.

Is Zeely worth it for a small business?

For a small store or local service business spending $100 to $500 a month on Meta, Zeely is good value. You get a steady supply of image and video ads, a guided way to launch a campaign from your phone, and the fee stays in the tens of dollars. That is less than a single freelance video, and for a business with no designer and no ad experience it removes the two hardest steps.

It gets harder to justify as spend grows. Zeely's own pricing guide acknowledges the complaints that show up in reviews: billing mistakes, confusion about cancelling, and buyers who expected a guaranteed return. Zeely itself says that businesses spending $100,000 or more a month, or running complex funnels, are better served by an agency. The awkward middle is $2,000 to $10,000 a month, where the 12% fee is real money and you still do much of the thinking yourself.

Zeely vs AdBot on price

The two products overlap on Meta but are built differently. Zeely is creative first: it makes the ads and gives you a simple way to launch them. AdBot is buying first: it builds the campaigns from your website, writes the copy, and then makes the daily budget and pause decisions inside a hard spend cap. Here is how the cost compares.

On monthly billing, Zeely Growth stays cheaper until roughly $1,800 a month of ad spend at 12%, or about $3,600 with Booster. On AdBot's annual plan the crossover drops to around $570 a month at 12%. Below those numbers Zeely costs less. Above them, a flat fee wins, and the gap widens with every extra dollar of budget.

Price is not the only difference. If your bottleneck is producing video and image ads, Zeely does something AdBot does not, and many advertisers pair a creative tool with a buyer. Our Quickads pricing breakdown and AdCreative.ai pricing breakdown cover the other creative tools in this range. Which Zeely plan should you choose?

Match the plan to the creative you need, and the Booster to your ad spend.

  • Under $500 a month in ads: Starter at $29.95 covers most small businesses. Add Booster if you will advertise most of the year.
  • $500 to $1,000 a month: Starter or Plus, depending on how many new creatives you test each week, plus Booster, which pays for itself inside the first month once you spend about $670, because 6% of that is $40.
  • $1,000 to $2,000 a month: Plus or Growth with Booster. At this level the fee is now the biggest line on your Zeely bill.
  • Above $2,000 a month: price out a flat-fee alternative before renewing. A local practice or service business at this level, such as the ones on our Facebook ads for dentists page, usually needs daily account work more than more creative.

Zeely pricing questions

Is Zeely free?

No. Zeely has no free plan on its website. Starter is the cheapest listed plan at $29.95 a month, and its FAQ mentions shorter plans from $19.99. Ad spend on Meta and the service fee on that spend are charged on top of any plan.

What is the Zeely Booster?

Booster is a $39.95 yearly add-on that lowers Zeely's service fee on your Meta ad budget from 12% to 6%, and adds priority support and manual reviews. Over a year it pays for itself at about $56 a month of ad spend, and within the first month at about $670.

Why do I see two charges from Zeely and Meta?

Because they are separate. Meta bills your ad spend directly, and Zeely bills the subscription and its service fee through its own billing or the app store you subscribed through. Two senders on one statement is expected, not a double charge.

How do I cancel a Zeely subscription?

Cancel where you subscribed. Website subscriptions are cancelled with Zeely directly, and app subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play settings. Pause or end your Meta campaigns separately, because cancelling the plan does not stop ad spend already scheduled.
