Meta Ads Manager is powerful and unforgiving. One wrong setting, a stale creative, or a budget left on the wrong ad set can burn thousands before you notice. Running it well is a full-time job.

AdBot is your AI media buyer for Facebook and Instagram. It researches audiences, writes the primary text, headlines, and creative concepts, builds your Advantage+ and ad-set structure, launches, and then optimizes budgets, audiences, and creative 24/7 so your cost per result keeps falling.

What it handles

Everything, from research to daily optimization

You set the goal and the budget. AdBot does the work a media buyer would, and reports back in plain language.

  • Advantage+ and manual campaign builds
  • AI-written primary text, headlines, and creative
  • Lookalike and interest-stack audience research
  • Daily budget and creative optimization

A day of optimization

Every 24h
  • 1 Reads yesterday's spend, clicks, conversions and cost per result from both platforms.
  • 2 Adds the search terms and placements that spent without converting to your exclusions.
  • 3 Shifts budget, within your cap, toward the ad groups hitting your target cost.
  • 4 Rotates in the next creative variant where an ad has fatigued.
  • 5 Logs every change so you can read it and reverse it.

AdBot never spends past the daily cap you set.

Can AI run my Facebook and Instagram ads?

Yes. AdBot builds, writes, launches, and optimizes Meta campaigns end to end, the same work a media buyer does, automated and running every day. It researches audiences, writes the primary text, headlines, and creative concepts, structures your Advantage+ and ad sets, launches across Facebook and Instagram, and then pauses losers, scales winners, and refreshes creative before it fatigues.

The work Meta rewards is relentless: on Facebook and Instagram, creative is the main lever, and winning ads decay as the same audience sees them. That means someone has to keep feeding fresh angles and reading the numbers daily. It is exactly the repetitive, judgment-driven work that stops happening when an owner is busy, and exactly what AI runs without getting bored.

Is Advantage+ enough on its own?

Advantage+ is genuinely good and you should use it, but it automates targeting and delivery within a campaign; it does not decide your strategy, write your creative, judge when an ad has fatigued, or restructure the account when performance drifts. Point it at weak creative or a muddled structure and it will efficiently spend into a poor result.

That surrounding judgment is the job. AdBot supplies the creative Advantage+ needs, structures the account so the automation has room to work, and steps in when the numbers move. For how this compares to the toolkits, see our Madgicx alternative and AI PPC software pages.

How much does automated Facebook ads management cost?

AdBot is a flat $297 to $1,497 a month by plan, with no percentage of ad spend and no setup fee, and creative is included rather than an add-on. A Meta agency typically runs $1,500 to $7,500 a month, often plus a spend percentage and separate creative fees, while doing it yourself costs the hours and the discipline to refresh creative before it dies.

Because Facebook results live and die on creative volume, the included-creative, flat-fee model tends to fit small teams better than a retainer that bills each new ad. Our Facebook ads management page lays out the tradeoffs, including when a human agency still wins, and if you run an online store, our Facebook ads for ecommerce page covers Advantage+ Shopping and catalog retargeting.

Why are my Facebook ads not converting?

In most accounts it is one of six things, and they are worth checking in order: conversion tracking is broken or failing to attribute real sales, the campaign objective is optimizing for clicks instead of purchases, the landing page loses people after the click, the creative has fatigued, the audience clicks out of curiosity, or the ad set never gathers enough conversions to leave the learning phase. Tracking causes more zero-conversion accounts than the other five combined, so start there.

The fastest way to split a tracking problem from a performance problem takes five minutes: pull your actual sales from Stripe, Shopify, or your CRM for the last 14 days and compare them to what Ads Manager claims. Revenue your own system sees and Meta does not is an attribution issue, usually weak event match quality or a missing Conversions API setup. Both systems agreeing that nothing happened is a real performance issue. Our diagnostic for Facebook ads that are not converting walks the whole sequence, and a full Facebook ads audit checks each of these in dependency order.

Good questions

Questions about meta ads

Yes. AdBot builds, writes, launches, and optimizes Meta campaigns end to end, the same work a media buyer does, automated and running every day.
Yes. AdBot operates inside your own Business Manager and ad account, so you keep full ownership of your pixel, audiences, and data.
Usually conversion tracking is not attributing sales that are really happening, the campaign is optimizing for clicks rather than purchases, or the landing page is losing visitors after they arrive. Compare your own sales data to Ads Manager for the same 14 day window first: that single check tells you whether it is an attribution problem or a genuine performance problem.
Look for frequency climbing while CTR slides and CPM rises, with cost per result following. That pattern is creative fatigue, not a bad audience, and swapping the audience will not fix it. New angles work, new colors do not. AdBot tracks frequency and CTR decay per ad and rotates fresh creative before cost per result climbs.
Roughly 50 conversion events per ad set per week. Below that the delivery system is guessing and results swing for reasons you cannot see. Splitting a modest budget across many ad sets guarantees none of them ever gets there, so consolidating usually beats waiting longer.
