Refund Policy
In effect from October 14, 2026
AdBot subscription fees are not refunded once charged. There are three exceptions, listed below, and each one has to be backed by records. Before buying you can run the free account audit and the demo to see how AdBot reads your campaigns, and after buying you can turn off renewals from your account whenever you choose.
Your ad spend is not part of this policy
AdBot charges a flat subscription for the software. Money you spend on ads is paid by you directly to Google and Meta through your own connected accounts and never passes through us, so we cannot return it and this policy does not cover it. Questions about ad charges go to the ad platform that billed them.
What the subscription buys
Each AdBot plan is a monthly or yearly subscription that lets AdBot build, launch and adjust campaigns in the ad accounts you connect, within the limits shown on the pricing page. The fee pays for that access over a billing period. It is not tied to the number of campaigns launched, creatives produced or conversions recorded, and the whole period is available to you from its first day.
By subscribing you ask us to start working on your accounts immediately. Where a statutory right of withdrawal or a cooling-off period would otherwise apply, you accept that it ends as soon as the service has started at your request.
Cases that are not refunded
A charge is not returned, in full or in part, in any of these situations.
- Campaign results did not meet your expectations: CPA, ROAS, click-through rate, conversion volume or the pace of learning. Performance depends on your offer, site, budget and market, which is why our Terms say results are not guaranteed.
- Your Google or Meta account was limited, suspended or disapproved, an ad was rejected under platform policy, or a payment method on the ad account failed.
- You connected accounts but paused AdBot, kept budgets at zero or did not finish setup during a paid period.
- You changed your mind, moved the work to an agency or an in-house marketer, or closed the business line the ads were for.
- A renewal was taken, including one collected after an earlier attempt was declined.
- You believed the plan was a one-off charge. Every plan renews automatically, as the pricing page, checkout, confirmation email and account settings each state.
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date, or cancelled shortly after a renewal.
- A feature or integration you expected is not described on the pricing page, or works differently than you assumed.
- You chose the wrong plan or billing period.
- The unused part of a period after cancelling. Access lasts to the end of the period and is not pro-rated.
- Someone else used your login or your connected ad accounts.
The three exceptions
A refund is possible only in one of the cases below, only when our records and the payment record confirm it, and only up to the affected charge.
- Double charge. A billing error on our side charged you twice for one period.
- Proven unauthorised charge. Your card was used without your consent, you report it to us within 14 days, and the account and transaction records support it. A statement on its own is not enough, and we may ask you to confirm that you have reported the misuse to your card issuer.
- Total outage. A confirmed fault on our side made AdBot completely unusable for a continuous period, you told us while it was happening, and we could not resolve it. Slower optimisation, a temporary ad platform outage, or problems with your devices, network or ad accounts do not qualify.
An approved refund never exceeds what you paid for the affected period, is returned only to the card that was charged, and is the full extent of our liability for that charge. One refund does not make a later one more likely.
How to ask
Send an email to [email protected] from the address on your AdBot account within 14 days of the charge, giving the date and amount and the exception you are relying on. Requests that come later or by another channel are not considered.
We handle requests in order of arrival, without a promised response time, and we do not reopen a request once declined.
Disputing the charge with your bank without contacting us first breaches our Terms of Service, and the account is then closed permanently.
Renewals, failed payments and cancelling
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account at any time. From that moment no further renewal is taken, AdBot keeps running until the paid period ends, and cancelling is not treated as a request for a refund.
When a new period starts, access for it is granted and its fee is owed. If the card is declined, the fee stays owed and our payment operator retries it over the following days. These retries concern the same unpaid invoice and are not new charges. Cancelling while they run stops later renewals but does not cancel the invoice for the current period, and that renewal is not refundable.
To avoid being charged again, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
Records we rely on
When you open an account you accept our Terms of Service, which include this policy, and our Privacy Policy. Before payment the checkout shows the plan, price, billing period and automatic renewal, and the confirmation email and your account repeat them.
For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the emails sent to you and the account activity log, including sign-ins, connected ad accounts, campaigns launched and budget changes, with their technical details. Our payment operator keeps its own record of every charge, including where the card was issued, where the payment came from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Unauthorised charge claims are checked against these records, and if a chargeback is opened we send them to the card issuer.
Subscriptions bought before this policy
A subscription bought before October 14, 2026 stays under the refund terms that applied when it was bought.
