Automated Google Ads management, run by AI
Google Ads can quietly burn budget on the wrong keywords, broad-match guesswork, and PMax campaigns no one is watching. Most small teams do not have the time, or the expert, to manage it properly every day.
AdBot is an AI media buyer that runs your Google Ads end to end. It researches keywords, writes responsive search ads, structures Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns, launches them, and then optimizes bids, budgets, and negative keywords every single day to drive your cost per acquisition down.

What it handles
Everything, from research to daily optimization
You set the goal and the budget. AdBot does the work a media buyer would, and reports back in plain language.
- Search, Performance Max, and Shopping in one place
- Daily bid and budget optimization
- Automatic negative-keyword and search-term mining
- Responsive search ads written for you
A day of optimization
Every 24h- 1 Reads yesterday's spend, clicks, conversions and cost per result from both platforms.
- 2 Adds the search terms and placements that spent without converting to your exclusions.
- 3 Shifts budget, within your cap, toward the ad groups hitting your target cost.
- 4 Rotates in the next creative variant where an ad has fatigued.
- 5 Logs every change so you can read it and reverse it.
AdBot never spends past the daily cap you set.
Can AI really manage Google Ads?
Yes, and the parts of Google Ads management that matter most are exactly the parts AI does well. The work is skilled but repetitive and daily: mining the search terms report, adding negative keywords, adjusting bids and budgets, testing responsive search ads, and shifting spend toward what converts. That is pattern work on live data, run every day, and it is precisely what a human manager stops doing consistently when a bigger account needs attention.
AdBot handles keyword research, ad copy, campaign structure, bidding, and daily optimization end to end, inside your own account. You review and approve the direction; the AI does the operating. It is the difference between software that hands you dashboards and software that does the job the dashboards describe.
Is Google's own Smart Bidding and PMax enough?
Google's automation is powerful and you should use it, but it optimizes toward Google's definition of success across Google's inventory, not toward your margin. Performance Max will happily spend into low-value placements, and Smart Bidding needs clean conversion data, sensible targets, and someone deciding structure, negatives, and budget between campaigns. Left alone, it optimizes yesterday's setup against today's auction.
That gap, the strategy and daily judgment around Google's bidding, is the job. AdBot supplies it: it builds the structure, feeds the algorithms good data and targets, mines the negatives PMax will not, and moves budget between campaigns. How do I know if my Google Ads account is wasting money?
Start with the search terms report over the last 90 days, sorted by cost. Accounts that have never been properly reviewed commonly waste 20% to 40% of their budget on irrelevant queries, low-converting hours, campaigns bidding against each other, and conversion tracking that counts the wrong thing. A well-managed account keeps clearly wasted spend under 10% to 15%, so the gap between those two figures is what a review is worth.
The check that matters most is conversion tracking, because if the primary conversion action is a page view or a button click rather than a real sale, Smart Bidding has been optimizing toward the wrong signal the whole time. Our Google Ads audit page covers what a full account review checks and what it costs, and the audit checklist walks through it step by step if you want to run it yourself.
How much does automated Google Ads management cost?
AdBot is a flat $297 to $1,497 a month depending on plan, with no percentage of ad spend and no setup fee. A PPC agency typically charges $1,500 to $7,500 a month, often plus 10 to 20 percent of spend, and doing it yourself costs 8 to 12 hours a month of disciplined work most owners cannot spare consistently.
The flat fee matters as you scale: a percentage model charges more every time your budget grows, for the same optimization work. Our Google Ads management page compares the options in full, including where an agency is still the right call. If you run a specific type of business, see how this works for Google Ads for law firms, dental practices, real estate agents, or home services contractors, med spas, chiropractors, financial advisors, mortgage brokers, solar companies, accountants, plastic surgeons, veterinarians, physical therapy clinics, auto repair shops, HVAC companies, roofers, personal injury lawyers, plumbers, electricians, pest control companies, or landscaping companies.
Can you automate AdWords management?
Yes, and most of the daily work in an account is a better fit for software than for a person. AdWords is the old name for Google Ads, renamed in 2018, so anything written about AdWords automation applies directly to the platform as it exists now. What can be automated well is the recurring, rule-driven work: mining the search terms report and adding negatives, promoting converting queries into their own keywords, shifting budget from campaigns that are not converting into ones capped by budget, rotating ad copy, and watching bid strategies for drift. AdBot does all of that daily inside your own account rather than once a month.
What should not be handed over is the judgment layer: whether a product line deserves advertising at all, what a lead is genuinely worth once sales has qualified it, and whether the offer rather than the campaign is the problem. Google's own automation, Smart Bidding and Performance Max, handles the auction but will not tell you that your primary conversion action is counting newsletter signups. That gap is where an automated AdWords management layer earns its keep. If you want to see what is currently going wrong before automating anything, a Google Ads audit puts a number on the waste, and a PPC audit does the same across every channel you run.
Is there a bot that runs Google Ads for you?
Yes. A Google Ads bot is software that logs into your ad account and does the recurring management work itself rather than reporting on it. AdBot is one: it builds the campaigns from your website, writes the ads, then mines search terms, adds negative keywords, moves budget between campaigns, rotates creative, and watches bid strategies every day. The word bot causes confusion here because it covers three unrelated things, and only one of them is a product you would buy.
The first is an advertising bot in this sense, an automation layer running your account. The second is AdsBot-Google, the crawler Google uses to check the landing pages behind your ads, which is a user agent in your server logs and not software you install. The third is ad fraud: bots clicking ads to drain competitor budgets, which is a problem to defend against rather than a tool to adopt. If you searched for a Google Ads robot or an ads bot hoping for the first one, that is what this page is about.
What separates a useful ads bot from a rules engine is what it decides on its own. Automated rules in Google Ads execute conditions you wrote in advance, so they only ever catch problems you already anticipated. AdBot reads the account daily and acts on what it finds, including the campaign types with the fewest manual levers left, which is why Performance Max optimization now needs a different approach from the keyword-and-bid work that used to define the job.
