WASK Alternative With WASK Reviews and WASK AI Compared to AdBot

WASK is an ad optimization tool for Google Ads and Meta Ads, priced by the total ad spend you connect: $15 a month up to $1,000 in spend, rising through six bands to $165 a month at $50,000 to $100,000, with custom pricing above that. You get rules and templates, reporting across both networks, AI creative, and an AI agent that recommends changes you approve one by one. Someone on your side still decides what to launch and clicks approve.

AdBot is the WASK alternative for US businesses that want the campaigns built and run for them: Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Meta, adjusted daily inside a hard spend cap, for $297 a month for one network, $697 for both, or $1,497 for multiple brands (annual billing halves each plan). Plainly put, WASK costs far less. You pay AdBot more because it does the buying instead of handing you a to-do list.

What it handles

Everything, from research to daily optimization

You set the goal and the budget. AdBot does the work a media buyer would, and reports back in plain language.

  • Google Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns built from your website
  • Meta campaigns run alongside Google with budget moved toward what returns
  • Daily bid, budget and creative changes made for you, not queued as suggestions
  • A hard daily and monthly spend cap the software cannot exceed
  • A flat monthly fee by plan, never a share of ad spend

A day of optimization

Every 24h
  • 1 Reads yesterday's spend, clicks, conversions and cost per result from both platforms.
  • 2 Adds the search terms and placements that spent without converting to your exclusions.
  • 3 Shifts budget, within your cap, toward the ad groups hitting your target cost.
  • 4 Rotates in the next creative variant where an ad has fatigued.
  • 5 Logs every change so you can read it and reverse it.

AdBot never spends past the daily cap you set.

Why look for Wask alternatives?

Most people look for a WASK alternative for one of three reasons: they need someone to actually run the campaigns rather than another dashboard of recommendations, they need new campaigns built (WASK optimizes what exists), or their ad spend has grown past what a rules tool handles without a person watching it every day.

Price is rarely the reason. WASK is one of the cheapest tools in this category. At $45 a month for $2,500 to $10,000 in monthly spend it costs less than one hour of a freelance media buyer. The real cost is the time someone on your team spends reading recommendations, approving them and deciding what to launch next. If that person does not exist, the tool does not save money, it just sits there.

How much does WASK cost in 2026?

WASK costs $15 to $165 a month, set by the total monthly ad spend across every Google and Meta account you connect. All features are on every band. What changes is the spend ceiling, the monthly AI credits for creative, and the overage cushion WASK calls anomaly spend coverage:

  • Micro: $15 a month, up to $1,000 in spend, 50 AI credits.
  • Small Basic: $25 a month, $1,001 to $2,500, 75 credits.
  • Small Premium: $45 a month, $2,501 to $10,000, 100 credits, $2,500 overage cushion.
  • Medium Basic: $75 a month, $10,001 to $25,000, 250 credits, $5,000 cushion.
  • Medium Premium: $115 a month, $25,001 to $50,000, 500 credits, $10,000 cushion.
  • Medium Pro: $165 a month, $50,001 to $100,000, 1,000 credits, $25,000 cushion. Above $100,000 the price is custom.

What WASK reviews leave out

WASK has listings on G2, Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and several smaller directories, and they rank first for WASK reviews. Read them for the user comments, not the prices. When we checked in October 2026, the prices quoted across those pages included $9 a month, $19, $49 and $89 tiers, and $25 per user per month. None of that matches the current plan list: WASK prices by ad spend, not by user, and accounts are unlimited on every band.

The reviews agree on the parts that are easy to see in a trial: Google and Meta in one dashboard, simple setup, a large library of optimization templates and responsive support. What they rarely test is the question that decides whether it pays off for you. Who acts on the recommendations each day, and what happens to performance in the weeks nobody logs in? Run the 7-day trial with that question in mind.

What does the WASK AI agent actually do?

The WASK AI agent watches your connected Google Ads and Meta accounts and queues recommendations: budget reallocations, keyword exclusions, pausing weak creative, audience and delivery issues. WASK states that the agent never makes a change without your explicit confirmation. You approve or dismiss each item, and its custom rules can run actions automatically or wait for review.

That is a sensible design for a team with a media buyer. It is a poor fit for a business owner who wanted the work off their plate, because the approvals become a daily chore. AdBot draws the line elsewhere. You approve new campaign builds before they go live, and it handles the routine daily adjustments itself within a spend cap it cannot exceed. Our Google Ads AI agent comparison covers how other agents split that responsibility.

Does Wask have cross-channel coverage?

Yes, for the two networks most small businesses use. WASK connects Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) in one workspace, with unlimited ad accounts on every plan and combined reporting across them. It does not cover TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads.

AdBot covers the same two networks and goes a step further on Google: it builds Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns from your website rather than only optimizing ones you already run, and on the Growth plan it moves budget weekly toward whichever network is returning. If Meta is your only channel, see our Facebook ads management tool comparison.

Which Wask alternative is best for agencies?

It depends on whether the agency needs a tool for its own buyers or capacity it does not have. WASK sums spend across every connected account, so an agency with ten clients at $10,000 each is already over the $100,000 top band and on custom pricing. For agency teams with experienced buyers who want rules and reporting, Madgicx and Birch are the usual comparisons, and our Madgicx pricing by spend band and Revealbot and Birch comparison have the verified numbers.

For an agency that needs client accounts run without hiring another buyer, AdBot Scale ($1,497 a month) covers multiple accounts and brands, and Enterprise ($2,498 a month, $1,249 billed annually) covers up to 25. The fee is flat, so it does not climb as client budgets grow.

What are the best WASK alternatives?

These are the replacements worth comparing, each with prices you can check:

  • AdBot, if you want Google and Meta campaigns built and run for you inside a hard spend cap, for a flat $297 to $1,497 a month. See the AdBot plans and prices.
  • Madgicx, if you are Meta-first and want deeper analytics and automations around your own buying. The Madgicx alternative page covers where it beats us.
  • Birch (formerly Revealbot), if you want to write automation rules across Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok.
  • Optmyzr or Opteo, if Google is your main channel and an in-house PPC manager wants audits and bulk tools. Both are compared on our Google Ads automation tool page.

How switching from WASK to AdBot works

Nothing has to be turned off first. Both work inside your own ad accounts, so your campaigns, pixel and conversion history stay where they are.

  • Export any WASK reports you want to keep and note the rules you rely on.
  • Connect your Google Ads and Meta accounts to AdBot, set a daily and monthly spend cap, and give it your website.
  • Review and approve the campaign builds AdBot proposes. Nothing goes live without that approval.
  • Pause your WASK rules on the campaigns AdBot now runs so the two tools do not change the same budgets, then cancel WASK from its account settings. Access stays active to the end of the billing period.

WASK costs $15 a month up to $1,000 in ad spend, $25 up to $2,500, $45 up to $10,000, $75 up to $25,000, $115 up to $50,000 and $165 up to $100,000. Above $100,000 in monthly spend the price is custom.
No. WASK prices by the total ad spend across all the accounts you connect, and you can connect unlimited Google and Meta ad accounts on every plan. Review sites that list a per-user price are out of date.
Its AI agent does not. WASK says the agent never applies a change without your explicit confirmation. Custom rules you build can be set to run automatically or to wait for review.
WASK does not upgrade you the moment you pass the limit. Each band above Small Basic includes an overage cushion ($2,500 to $25,000). If spend goes past the cushion too, the plan is upgraded automatically.
No. WASK starts at $15 a month and AdBot at $297. The difference is what you get: WASK is a tool your team operates, while AdBot builds and runs the campaigns, which is closer to what you would pay a freelancer or agency to do.
Yes, as long as only one of them changes budgets on a given campaign. Some advertisers keep WASK for reporting and creative and let AdBot run the campaigns. Turn off overlapping WASK rules first.
Small businesses and freelancers who run their own Google and Meta ads, want one dashboard for both, and are happy to review recommendations daily for a low monthly price.
