Here's the plan AdBot would run for . Live in 24-48h, then optimized every day.
Flat fee. We never take a cut of your ad spend.
AdEspresso pricing has three plans. Starter is $49 a month and caps the ad spend you can manage at $1,000 a month. Plus is $99 a month with unlimited ad spend and up to 15 seats. Enterprise starts at $259 a month and adds a dedicated Facebook marketing consultant, unlimited seats and API access. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and your ad spend is billed separately by Meta.
That is the whole price list on adespresso.com/pricing, and it is shorter than most of the pages quoting it. Several directory sites still show old tiers or yearly figures that do not appear anywhere on AdEspresso's own page. Below is what each plan includes, what the $1,000 limit on Starter really means, what AdEspresso costs as a share of your budget at common spend levels, and when a tool that runs the ads for you costs less. Every AdEspresso figure here comes from its pricing and signup pages, checked in September 2026. If you are comparing tools rather than pricing one, the AdEspresso alternative comparison covers features and fit.
How much does AdEspresso cost?
AdEspresso costs $49, $99 or from $259 a month, depending on your ad spend and how many people need access. The table shows what each plan includes.
| Plan | Price | Ad spend you can manage | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 a month | Up to $1,000 a month | Unlimited ad accounts, Facebook and Instagram campaigns, the essential features (split testing, reporting, automated rules, post boosting) |
| Plus | $99 a month | Unlimited | Cross-campaign performance triggers, multi-page bulk creation, campaign approval, onboarding, up to 15 seats, view-only client access, white-label reports |
| Enterprise | From $259 a month | Unlimited | A dedicated Facebook marketing consultant, from 1 hour of live training a month, unlimited seats, mandatory campaign approval, API access, Salesforce contacts sync |
All three plans include campaign import, split-testing analysis, automatic contact sync for lead campaigns, tag-based reporting, scheduled reports, performance triggers and automatic optimization. The price covers the software only. What you spend on ads is still charged by Facebook to the payment method on your ad account.
What the $1,000 spend limit on Starter means
The Starter plan is only for very small accounts. Once your managed Facebook and Instagram spend passes $1,000 in a month, you need Plus at $99. For most US businesses that run ads every day, that makes Plus the real entry price, because $1,000 a month is about $33 a day.
The cap also changes how the fee looks as a share of your budget. Here is the AdEspresso fee against ad spend on the cheapest plan that covers it.
| Monthly ad spend | Cheapest AdEspresso plan | Fee as a share of spend |
|---|---|---|
| $1,000 | Starter, $49 | 4.9% |
| $5,000 | Plus, $99 | 2.0% |
| $20,000 | Plus, $99 | 0.5% |
| $50,000 | Plus, $99 (or Enterprise from $259 for a consultant) | 0.2% to 0.5% |
On paper, that is cheap software. The catch is that AdEspresso makes you faster at building and testing ads. It does not decide what to test, write the ads or watch the account every day. Somebody still does that work, and their time is the larger part of the real cost.
Does AdEspresso publish annual pricing?
No. AdEspresso's pricing page lists monthly prices only, and it does not show an annual plan or an annual discount. Figures such as "$58 per year" or tiers named Base, Premium, Elite and Diamond that appear on some directory sites are not on AdEspresso's page. If you want a yearly rate, ask AdEspresso support during the trial and get the number in writing.
Is AdEspresso software free?
No. AdEspresso has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial, and the signup page says you are charged $49 a month when the trial ends unless you cancel or change plans. During the trial you can book a 30-minute introductory call with one of its marketers; the consulting included in higher plans starts once you subscribe.
Does AdEspresso still run Google Ads?
Check this before you pay. The pricing page lists "Facebook, and Instagram campaigns" on Starter and says the product supports Facebook and Instagram for campaign creation and analytics. The signup page, on the other hand, says it drives results across Facebook, Instagram "and now Google". Many older reviews describe Google Ads support as part of the product. If Google Search or Performance Max is a large part of your budget, confirm during the trial that the Google features you need are there. If they are not, you need a second tool, or a single tool that covers both channels.
What AdEspresso really costs at your spend level
Because AdEspresso is a do-it-yourself tool, the fair comparison adds the person running it. The table compares three ways a US business commonly handles Facebook and Instagram ads, plus Google where relevant.
| Monthly ad spend | AdEspresso | AdBot (runs the ads) | Typical agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,000 | $99 plus your own time to build, test and adjust | $297 Launch (one platform), or $148 a month billed annually | Often a $500 to $1,500 minimum retainer |
| $10,000 | $99 plus your own time | $297 Launch covers up to about $10,000; $697 Growth for Google and Meta together | Commonly 10% to 20% of spend, so $1,000 to $2,000 |
| $30,000 | $99 to $259 plus a buyer's time | $697 Growth (Google and Meta, up to about $50,000) | $3,000 to $6,000 at the same percentage |
If you, or someone on your team, already spends an hour a day inside Ads Manager, AdEspresso is a cheap way to make that hour go further. If nobody has that hour, the $99 buys a dashboard that waits for you. That is the gap a flat-fee buyer fills: AI Facebook ads management from AdBot builds the campaigns from your website, writes the ads and adjusts budgets daily inside a spend cap you set, on published plans that never take a share of your budget.
Which AdEspresso plan should you pick?
- Starter ($49): only if you spend under $1,000 a month on Facebook and Instagram and one person runs the ads.
- Plus ($99): the realistic plan for most businesses and small agencies. It removes the spend cap, adds campaign approval and white-label client reports, and covers up to 15 seats.
- Enterprise (from $259): worth it when you want a named Facebook marketing consultant and monthly training, or need the API or Salesforce sync.
Lead-generation advertisers should look closely at the contact sync. It pushes new Facebook lead-form contacts into your email or CRM automatically, but the lead still needs a fast follow-up. If your team cannot phone every new lead within minutes, a service that can call new leads right away and qualify them often lifts results more than another round of split tests.
How AdEspresso billing and cancellation work
- Billing: monthly, per plan. Ad spend is paid to Facebook separately.
- Trial: 14 days free, then $49 a month on Starter unless you change or cancel.
- Plan changes: you can upgrade, downgrade or switch plans from your profile in the dashboard at any time.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime; the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and campaigns created in AdEspresso stay live and editable in Facebook Ads Manager afterwards.
How AdEspresso compares with other ad tools on price
AdEspresso is one of the cheapest paid tools in the category because it is priced as software for someone who already runs the ads. Rule-based tools price by spend tier instead: the Birch pricing breakdown shows plans from $49 that climb with spend, and the Madgicx pricing guide runs from $45 to $329 a month by Meta spend band. The comparison of AI ad tools puts the rest of the field side by side with the prices each vendor publishes.
The deciding question is not which tool is cheapest. It is whether you are buying software for your own media buyer, or you need the buying done. If it is the second, compare AdEspresso's $99 plus a person's time against a single flat fee for a buyer that works every day.
