Triple Whale has a free plan, and its paid plans are priced by your store's annual GMV. Foundation runs from $219 to $2,529 a month and Automate from $749 to $4,199 a month across nine revenue tiers up to $20 million, with Enterprise and every brand above $20 million quoted by sales. Paid plans are 12-month subscriptions: pay monthly, or prepay the year and get two months free.

Those figures come from the price table that loads with triplewhale.com/pricing, checked on October 9, 2026. They are worth listing in full because the page itself shows only one tier. Its revenue slider is switched off, so every visitor sees the $1 million to $2.5 million prices ($549 and $1,349) whatever their size, while review sites still quote retired plans at $129 and $379. If you are weighing a measurement tool against someone to actually run the ads, our AI ads for Shopify page covers the second half of that decision.

How much does Triple Whale cost?

The price depends on two things, your annual GMV (gross merchandise value, roughly your store's total sales) and the package. Every paid plan includes unlimited users and as many stores as you connect. Here is the full table.

Annual GMVFoundation monthlyFoundation prepaid yearAutomate monthlyAutomate prepaid year
Under $250K$219$2,190$749$7,490
$250K to $500K$329$3,290$899$8,990
$500K to $1M$429$4,290$1,099$10,990
$1M to $2.5M$549$5,490$1,349$13,490
$2.5M to $5M$799$7,990$1,799$17,990

The prepaid year is exactly ten times the monthly price, which is where "two months free" comes from. Automate costs between 1.7 and 3.4 times Foundation depending on the tier, and the gap narrows as you grow: $530 a month more under $250K, $1,670 a month more at $15 million to $20 million.

What types of pricing plans does Triple Whale offer?

Four packages, plus add-ons.

  • Free. The Triple Pixel with first and last click attribution, a single view of paid, owned, subscription and organic channels, tracking of how your brand appears in AI search, and a trial of Moby, its AI assistant.
  • Foundation. Multi-touch attribution, no-code dashboards, customer segments, custom metrics, a SQL editor, pushing first-party signals back to ad platforms, and daily Moby.
  • Automate. Everything in Foundation, plus scheduled automations and "actions" that can adjust budgets, pause ads and launch campaigns inside guardrails you set, creative analysis and variation, and access to more AI models.
  • Enterprise. Everything in Automate, plus Compass (attribution, marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing together), multi-brand reporting, retail data, SSO and custom security review. Priced by sales.

Two add-ons have published prices by the same GMV tiers and are already included in Automate and Enterprise. Retention (syncing segments to ad and email platforms) runs from $79 a month under $250K to $749 at $15 million to $20 million. Conversion (deeper site analytics and custom events) runs from $19 to $219. Compass, a data warehouse sync and a done-for-you service called Moby Concierge are quoted by sales.

That makes the add-ons the real decision point. A $1 million to $2.5 million brand on Foundation that wants both add-ons pays $549 plus $179 plus $59, or $787 a month, against $1,349 for Automate. If you will not use the automations, Foundation with add-ons is the cheaper way to get the same data.

Is Triple Whale a monthly or annual subscription?

Both, with a catch. Foundation, Automate and Enterprise are all 12-month commitments, and "monthly" only describes how you are billed. Prepaying the year saves two months and locks your tier for twelve months even if sales grow. On monthly billing, Triple Whale says it will move you to the tier that matches your revenue as you grow, with notice in advance.

For a fast-growing brand that difference is real money. A store that crosses from $2.4 million to $3 million in GMV mid-year moves from $549 to $799 a month on monthly billing, while a prepaid customer stays at the old price until renewal.

What Triple Whale costs as a share of your revenue

Because the tiers are wide, the same plan is a very different bargain at the bottom and the top of each band. These are Foundation on monthly billing, the cheapest paid option.

Your annual GMVTier priceCost per yearShare of revenue
$200,000$219$2,6281.3%
$600,000$429$5,1480.86%
$1,000,000$549$6,5880.66%
$2,400,000$549$6,5880.27%
$5,500,000$1,129$13,5480.25%

Under about $500,000 a year, attribution software costs more than one percent of sales, which is hard to justify unless your ad spend is large relative to revenue. Many small stores start on the free plan, use the pixel's first and last click data, and upgrade once Meta and Google spend is high enough that a few points of better allocation pays for the tier.

Is Triple Whale worth it?

For a Shopify brand spending real money across Meta, Google and email, usually yes. Platform-reported conversions double count, and a pixel that ties each order to its sources tells you which channel to cut. That is worth more than a tier price once ad spend is in the tens of thousands a month.

It is less clearly worth it in three cases. If you advertise on a single channel, the platform's own reporting is close enough. If nobody on the team has time to read the dashboards and act on them, you will pay for insight that does not change any budget. And if you need someone to run the campaigns, Triple Whale's Automate actions help a media buyer move faster, but they still need a person to set the guardrails and own the account. Store owners who keep their own books often pair a tool like this with a way to turn a bookkeeping export into a monthly P&L, so ad performance and actual profit sit side by side.

Triple Whale vs AdBot on price

They do different jobs, so most brands that use one could use both. Triple Whale measures which ads and channels produced each order. AdBot builds and runs the Facebook and Instagram campaigns themselves: it writes the ads from your website, then pauses weak ones and moves budget every day inside a hard spend cap, in your own Meta ad account.

If your problem is "we do not know what is working", start with attribution. If your problem is "nobody is running the account every day", start with a buyer. The Facebook ads for ecommerce page shows how AdBot runs a store's Meta account, and AdBot pricing lists every plan. For other tools priced by your size rather than a flat fee, see our Madgicx pricing breakdown, which bands by ad spend instead of revenue.

Which Triple Whale plan should you choose?

  • Under $500K GMV: start on Free. Move to Foundation when monthly ad spend passes roughly $10,000 and you run at least two paid channels.
  • $500K to $2.5M: Foundation, plus the Retention add-on if email and SMS drive repeat sales. Prepay the year if you expect to cross a tier.
  • $2.5M to $20M: Automate if you have a media buyer who will use the automations and actions every week; Foundation with both add-ons if you do not.
  • Above $20M or multiple brands: Enterprise, quoted by sales. Ask for the Compass price separately.

Triple Whale pricing questions

Is Triple Whale free?

Partly. The Free plan includes the Triple Pixel with first and last click attribution, a unified dashboard and a Moby trial, with no commitment. Multi-touch attribution, dashboards and segments start on Foundation at $219 a month under $250,000 in annual GMV.

Does Triple Whale charge based on ad spend?

No. Triple Whale prices by your brand's annual GMV and the package you choose, not by ad spend. A brand with $2 million in sales pays $549 a month for Foundation whether it spends $10,000 or $100,000 a month on ads.

Can I cancel Triple Whale monthly?

Not freely. Paid plans are 12-month subscriptions even when billed monthly, so plan on a year. The Free plan has no commitment and is the safest way to test the pixel first.

What happens to my Triple Whale price if revenue grows?

On monthly billing you move to the tier that matches your new GMV, with notice. On a prepaid annual plan your tier is locked for the full year, which is the main reason growing brands prepay.
