Opteo alternative that covers more than Google Ads
Opteo is a well-liked Google Ads optimization tool from a small London company. It scans your account, surfaces prioritized "improvements" (keyword changes, bid adjustments, negative keywords, ad testing, budget management), and lets you push them live in a couple of clicks. It is clean, opinionated, and much easier to learn than the heavier platforms. Two limits matter for US buyers: it covers Google Ads and nothing else, and every improvement waits for a human to approve it.
AdBot is the done-for-you Opteo alternative. It runs Google, Meta, and TikTok, and it does not queue suggestions for you. It builds campaigns from your URL, writes the creative, launches, and then optimizes bids, budgets, and creative every day on its own, reporting each change in plain English.

What you get
A full media buyer, working for you 24/7
Three channels, not one
Opteo is Google Ads only, with Microsoft Ads reportedly not on the roadmap. AdBot buys across Google, Meta, and TikTok from a single setup.
Nothing to approve
Opteo needs someone to log in and accept improvements. AdBot acts daily on its own, so the optimization happens whether or not anyone opened a dashboard.
Creative and campaign build included
Opteo improves an account you already built. AdBot researches your offer, writes the ads, and structures the account from scratch.

What does Opteo do?
Opteo connects to your Google Ads account, analyzes it continuously, and presents a prioritized feed of suggested improvements you can push live in a couple of clicks. The suggestions cover keyword management, negative keywords and traffic exclusion, bid optimization, ad copy testing, shopping campaigns, budget pacing, error detection, and performance alerts, with Slack integration and custom client reports on top.
The design philosophy is human in the loop by choice. Opteo deliberately does not act on its own, which agencies often prefer: every change appears in Google Ads change history under your own email, so there is a clean audit trail and clients are never told a tool was involved. What it will not do is decide your strategy, write your creative, or run the account while nobody is watching.
How much does Opteo cost?
As of July 2026, Opteo has three published plans: Basic at $129 a month for up to 10 accounts and $25,000 of monthly ad spend, Professional at $249 for 25 accounts and $100,000 of spend, and Agency at $499 for 75 accounts and $250,000 of spend. Enterprise is a custom quote and is the only tier with a 6 hour data refresh and a named account manager. Annual billing gets roughly two months free, and there is a 14 day free trial.
That entry price is genuinely low for the category, and lower than AdBot. The fair comparison is what you get for it. Opteo at $129 gives one channel and a queue of suggestions someone on your team still has to work through. AdBot at $297 gives three channels and the work itself, with nothing left in a queue. If you have a competent Google Ads manager on payroll, Opteo is the cheaper way to make them faster. If you were hoping to avoid needing one, the cheaper tool costs more overall.
Does Opteo support Facebook or Microsoft Ads?
No. Opteo works with Google Ads only. It does not support Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, or TikTok, and multiple sources report the company has said Microsoft Ads is not on the roadmap despite repeated user requests. If your budget is split across search and paid social, Opteo covers one part of it and you need a second tool for the rest.
For US advertisers that is the deciding factor more often than price. Most growing businesses run Google plus Meta at minimum, and increasingly TikTok as well. AdBot buys across all three from one onboarding, so budget can move between Google Ads, Meta ads, and TikTok ads based on which is actually returning, instead of each channel being optimized in isolation. Note that AdBot does not cover Microsoft or Amazon either, so if Bing is core to your plan neither tool solves it.
When Opteo is the better pick
Opteo is the better choice when Google Ads is your whole world and you want to stay in control of it. Solo PPC consultants and small Google-focused agencies get a lot from it: the interface is far easier to learn than the enterprise platforms, the improvement feed is well prioritized, and at $499 for 75 accounts the agency economics are hard to beat. The human approval step is a feature if you need an audit trail or answer to a compliance process.
It is the wrong choice if you need the buying done rather than suggested, if you run paid social alongside search, or if the honest situation is that nobody on your team has time to log in and work a queue every day. That is when a suggestion tool quietly becomes shelfware.
