Madgicx costs $45 a month if you spend under $1,000 a month on ads, $99 to $129 a month between $1,000 and $10,000 in spend, and $229 to $329 a month between $10,000 and $30,000, on monthly billing, according to the price table on its own pricing page in September 2026. Annual billing cuts every tier by about 30 percent. Above $30,000 a month in ad spend, Madgicx stops showing a price and quotes you inside the app.

There is one plan, Madgicx Pro Complete with AI, and the only thing that changes the price is the ad spend band you select. The page shows one number at a time from a dropdown, which is why the figures quoted around the web disagree so much: $45, $49, $99 and $450 all appear in current search results. The table below is the whole matrix, every band and every billing period, so you can find your number without starting a trial first.

Add-on: Tracking Pro, which adds server-to-server tracking and enhanced conversions for Meta, is $49 a month for each connected account, with the same quarterly and annual discounts as the main plan.

How much does Madgicx cost?

For most US e-commerce brands, Madgicx costs between $99 and $329 a month on monthly billing, or $69 to $230 a month paid annually. The $45 entry band only applies below $1,000 a month in ad spend, and an advertiser spending that little rarely needs an optimization suite. A store spending $8,000 a month on Meta pays $129 monthly or $90 a month on an annual plan.

Add Tracking Pro and the real figure moves. That same store with Tracking Pro on one account pays $178 a month on monthly billing. An agency connecting five client accounts adds $245 a month in tracking alone, which can be more than the core subscription.

Three things the Madgicx price table does not tell you

The cheapest dollar of management sits between $5,000 and $10,000. Crossing $1,000 in monthly spend more than doubles the bill, from $45 to $99. From there it barely moves: the whole range from $2,500 to $10,000 costs $119 to $129. As a share of spend, Madgicx is about 9.9 percent of your budget at $1,001 in spend and about 1.3 percent at $10,000. If you are close to the top of a band, you are getting the best deal the table offers.

The jump at $10,000 is $100 a month. Going from $9,900 to $10,100 in spend moves you from $129 to $229. If your spend hovers around that line, check which band Madgicx measures you in before you commit to an annual plan, because a few good weeks can push you into the next tier.

Above $30,000 there is no public number. The advertisers most likely to need a tool like this, brands spending $50,000 or more a month on Meta, are the ones who cannot price it before signing up. Budget for at least the $329 band and treat anything higher as a negotiation.

Does Madgicx have a free trial?

Yes. Madgicx offers a 7-day free trial with access to everything in Pro Complete, and you can cancel any time during it. The pricing page also mentions a trial extension if you have not seen results by the end of the week. Seven days is short for ad optimization, since Meta's own learning phase can take most of that, so connect the account and set up tracking on day one rather than exploring the dashboard first.

What is included in Madgicx Pro Complete?

Pro Complete bundles four areas: automation, targeting, analytics and ad management, plus AI ad generation. In practice that means an AI bidder and automation tactics that act on your Meta campaigns, audience research tools, creative analytics that show which ads are fatiguing, an ads launcher, and One-Click Report dashboards you can share by link.

The reporting side reaches further than the optimization side. One-Click Report pulls data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, Klaviyo and TikTok, but the automation and bidding tools are built around Meta. If you run serious budget on Google Search or Performance Max, Madgicx will show you those numbers without running those campaigns.

What are the main limitations of Madgicx?

The main limitations of Madgicx are that it is Meta-first, that it assumes someone skilled operates it, and that its pricing gets less transparent as your spend grows. It reports on Google and TikTok but optimizes Meta. Its recommendations and automation tactics still need a person to choose which to trust. And above $30,000 a month you cannot see the price until you sign up.

The second point is the one that decides whether the subscription pays off. Madgicx is a strong toolkit for a media buyer. For a founder or marketing generalist hoping the software will be the buyer, it becomes a well-built dashboard that nobody has time to act on, and that is the most common way ad software trials end. Creative is the other gap: the tools tell you which ad is fatiguing, but you still need new material to replace it, and for many stores the cheapest source is their own customers, so it pays to collect short customer video testimonials you can cut into ads.

Is Madgicx worth it?

Madgicx is worth it if you spend $2,500 to $30,000 a month mainly on Meta and someone on your team checks the ad account most days. In that range the price is 1 to 5 percent of spend, and recovering even a small share of wasted budget covers it. It is a poor fit if your spend is mostly on Google, if you are under $1,000 a month, or if nobody will log in to act on its recommendations.

Madgicx pricing compared with Birch and AdBot

The three are often shortlisted together but are different purchases. Madgicx and Birch are software you operate. AdBot is an AI media buyer that runs the campaigns for you. The table puts the published prices side by side at four common spend levels, on monthly billing.

On software price alone Madgicx and Birch are cheaper than AdBot at every level, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise. The comparison that matters is against the labor each one assumes. Experienced US freelance media buyers usually bill $60 to $110 an hour, and a Facebook ads agency retainer runs roughly $1,000 to $5,000 a month, with small accounts clustering at $1,500 to $3,000. If you already pay that person, a toolkit makes them faster and is the better buy. If you do not, the toolkit waits for someone who is not coming.

For that second situation, AI Facebook ads management that makes the changes itself is the relevant category. AdBot's Launch plan runs Meta or Google for $297 a month flat up to about $10,000 in spend, and Growth at $697 runs both and moves budget toward whichever platform is producing the cheaper cost per acquisition that week. The full trade-off against Madgicx, feature by feature, is on our Madgicx alternative page, and if Birch is the other name on your list, see Madgicx vs Revealbot.

How to get the lowest Madgicx price

Pay annually once the trial has proved the fit. The annual rate is about 30 percent below monthly in every band, which at the $10,000 to $20,000 band saves $828 a year ($229 times 12 is $2,748, against $1,920 paid annually). Quarterly billing is a middle option at roughly 15 percent off, useful if you want a discount without a year's commitment.

Buy Tracking Pro only for the accounts that need it. At $49 per connected account it scales with your client list, not your results, so agencies should add it where attribution is actually broken rather than across the board.

And check your band against real spend, not your target. Madgicx prices on the spend band you select, so an account that averages $9,500 but spikes over $10,000 in peak months is better off confirming how the tier is measured before signing a year at the lower price.

Frequently asked questions about Madgicx pricing

How much does Madgicx cost per month? On monthly billing, Madgicx costs $45 under $1,000 in ad spend, $99 from $1,000 to $2,500, $119 from $2,500 to $5,000, $129 from $5,000 to $10,000, $229 from $10,000 to $20,000 and $329 from $20,000 to $30,000. Above $30,000 the price is quoted inside the app.

Does Madgicx charge a percentage of ad spend? No. Madgicx charges a fixed monthly subscription, but the subscription is set by your monthly ad spend band, so the price rises as you move into a higher band. It is a tiered flat fee rather than a percentage.

Is there a free version of Madgicx? There is no free plan. There is a 7-day free trial of Pro Complete with full access, which you can cancel before it converts to a paid subscription.

Does Madgicx work with Google Ads? For reporting, yes: One-Click Report pulls Google Ads data into shared dashboards alongside Meta, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and TikTok. Its optimization, bidding and automation tools are built for Meta ads.

What is Madgicx Tracking Pro? Tracking Pro is an add-on for server-to-server tracking and enhanced conversions on Meta, priced at $49 a month per connected account, with the same quarterly and annual discounts as the main plan.

What is a cheaper alternative to Madgicx? On price, Birch is cheaper at low spend, at $49 a month for Essential and $99 for Pro up to $10,000 in monthly spend. If the real cost is the person needed to run either tool, a managed option such as a Google Ads and Meta ads AI agent costs more in software and less in total, because it replaces the hours rather than accelerating them.
