AdManage.ai Alternative and AdManage Pricing for Teams That Want Meta Ads Run Daily

AdManage.ai is a bulk ad launcher. You upload creatives once, it groups them by file name, applies your naming template and pushes hundreds of ads to Meta and other networks in minutes. Its plans start at £199.99 a month for one ad account, billed in British pounds, with threshold rules you set yourself.

AdBot is the AdManage.ai alternative for US teams whose problem is not the upload but everything after it. It writes the ad copy, proposes the campaign, launches it after you approve, and then runs your Facebook and Instagram account every day: pausing ads that waste money, moving budget toward the cheaper ad sets and logging every change with an undo. Launch is $297 a month for up to about $10,000 of ad spend.

What you can order now: New plans run Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram. Google Ads campaigns are not available for new orders right now, and TikTok campaigns are not available to order.

AdManage plans, limits and guarantees come from admanage.ai/pricing and its terms page, checked October 15, 2026. What it handles

Everything, from research to daily optimization

You set the goal and the budget. AdBot does the work a media buyer would, and reports back in plain language.

  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns built from your website
  • Ad copy variants written for testing
  • Approval before anything launches or spends
  • Daily pausing of ads that spend without results
  • Budget moved toward the lower cost per result
  • A change log of every edit, with undo

A day of optimization

Every 24h
  • 1 Reads yesterday's spend, clicks, conversions and cost per result from your Meta ad account.
  • 2 Pauses the ads that spent without bringing anyone to your site.
  • 3 Shifts budget, within your cap, toward the ad sets hitting your target cost.
  • 4 Moves budget inside an ad set to the ad with the better cost per result.
  • 5 Logs every change so you can read it and reverse it.

AdBot never spends past the daily cap you set.

Why teams look for an AdManage.ai alternative

AdManage does one job very well. If you are a media buyer launching 200 ads a week across several networks, dragging files into Ads Manager one at a time is the bottleneck, and a bulk launcher removes it. Nobody serious argues with that part.

People search for an alternative for a different reason: the launch was never their real problem. A store owner or a two-person marketing team usually launches 6 to 20 ads a month. What eats their week is deciding which ads to pause, where to move budget, and when an ad has gone stale. A launcher does not make those calls. AdManage says as much on its own comparison pages, where it describes itself as self-serve with no managed service.

Three smaller frictions come up too. Plans are billed in British pounds, so a US card sees a different dollar amount each month and some cards add a foreign transaction fee. The Essential plan covers one ad account and one automation rule. And there is no free trial, only a money-back window of 7 days on Essential and 30 days on the larger plans, with 30 days notice to cancel. Our AdManage.ai pricing breakdown works through each plan per ad account.

How much does AdManage cost?

AdManage costs £199.99 a month on Essential, £499.99 on In-house and £999.99 on Agency, according to its pricing page on October 15, 2026. Enterprise is custom. Essential includes one ad account on one platform and charges £99.99 a month for each extra account. No plan takes a percentage of ad spend.

In dollars, Essential lands around $250 to $270 a month depending on the exchange rate, In-house around $625 to $675 and Agency around $1,250 to $1,350. Per ad account the larger plans work out to about £100 each, which is good value if you really do launch in volume across many accounts.

AdBot Launch is $297 a month, or $148 a month on annual billing, for one Meta ad account and up to about $10,000 of monthly ad spend. Scale covers 10 ad accounts for $1,497. On price alone a single account costs about the same on both. The difference is what the money buys: a faster upload, or the daily buying itself. See AdBot pricing for every plan.

Is there a cheaper alternative to AdManage.ai?

Yes, if all you need is bulk uploading. Dedicated Meta uploaders list prices well below AdManage: Ads Uploader shows $59 a month and Adnova $79 a month on their own sites, both checked October 15, 2026. They do less across networks and reporting, but for a single Meta account the launch step is covered.

AdBot is not the cheapest launcher and is not trying to be. It costs about the same as AdManage Essential and replaces a different line in your budget: the hours, or the freelancer, spent managing the account after launch. If you pay a freelance buyer $1,500 to $3,000 a month for that work, our freelance media buyer rates guide shows where a flat fee comes out ahead.

What is the best AdManage.ai alternative for bulk launching ads?

It depends on how many ads you launch and who runs the account afterward.

  • You launch hundreds of ads a week across Meta, TikTok and Google: stay on AdManage or compare it with other multi-network launchers. AdBot is not a bulk uploader and does not cover those networks.
  • You launch on Meta only and want the cheapest upload tool: a Meta-only uploader at $59 to $79 a month does the job.
  • You launch a handful of ads and the real gap is daily optimization: AdBot builds, launches and runs the Facebook and Instagram account for you. The Facebook ads management tool page shows what that looks like.
  • You want rules you control without a full launcher: compare the Revealbot alternative and Madgicx alternative pages.
  • You run enterprise creative automation: the Smartly.io alternative page covers that end of the market.

Does any AdManage.ai alternative cover the same networks?

Some multi-network launchers do, and AdBot does not. AdManage lists up to 12 networks in its footer, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn and AppLovin. AdBot runs Facebook and Instagram only. If your mix is spread across five networks, a launcher is the honest answer.

For many small US brands, though, Meta is most of the paid social budget. For them, depth on one network beats breadth: a buyer that checks the Meta account every day will usually save more than a tool that can publish to networks they never use. The best AI ad tools comparison sorts the whole field by what each tool actually does in the account.

What AdBot does in your Facebook and Instagram account

You give AdBot your website and a budget. It reads your offer, writes several versions of the ad copy, proposes a campaign with daily budgets per ad set, and waits for your approval. The campaigns run in your own Meta ad account with your own pixel, so you can open Ads Manager at any time and see the same thing AdBot sees.

After launch the routine work is automatic. Every day AdBot reads recent results, pauses ads that spent without sending visits or sales, and moves budget toward the ad sets with the lower cost per result, inside the total you set. Every change goes into a log with the time, the reason and the value it replaced, and each line can be undone. AI Facebook ads explains the daily routine in more detail.

If you are not sure whether launching or managing is your bottleneck, a Facebook ads audit of your current account shows where the money is going first.

Who should stay on AdManage

Stay on AdManage if you are a media buyer or agency launching large creative batches every week, across several networks, and you already have people deciding what to pause and scale. The naming templates, file grouping and per-account price on the bigger plans are built for exactly that team, and AdBot does not replace them.

Move to AdBot when the uploads are small and the account management is what you are short of: when ads run for weeks past their best, budget sits on the wrong ad set, and nobody has time to check Ads Manager daily. Agencies running Meta for several clients can compare plans on the AI ads for agencies page.
