Here's the plan AdBot would run for . Live in 24-48h, then optimized every day.

Flat fee. We never take a cut of your ad spend.

AdManage costs £199.99 a month on Essential, £499.99 on In-house and £999.99 on Agency, with Enterprise priced on request. Essential covers one ad account on one platform, In-house five accounts and Agency ten. Every plan is billed in British pounds, none takes a percentage of your ad spend, and there is no free trial, only a money-back guarantee.

Those figures come from AdManage's own pricing page and terms, checked on October 15, 2026. For a US buyer the useful questions are what that comes to in dollars, what each extra ad account costs, and what the price does not cover. If you were looking at AdManage mainly to stop managing Meta ads by hand, our AdManage.ai alternative page compares it with a tool that runs the account for you.

How much does AdManage cost?

AdManage sells four plans. The price rises with the number of ad accounts and platforms, the automation rules you can run and the credits for its AI image and video studio.

PlanMonthly priceRoughly in USDAd accountsPlatformsRulesMoney-back window
Essential£199.99$250 to $2701, extra at £99.99 each117 days
In-house£499.99$625 to $6755Up to 101030 days
Agency£999.99$1,250 to $1,35010Up to 10Unlimited30 days
EnterpriseCustomCustomUnlimitedAllUnlimited30 days

The dollar column is our estimate at recent exchange rates of about $1.25 to $1.35 per pound, not a price AdManage publishes. Essential also includes 1,000 monthly credits (up to 250 AI images), In-house 2,500 credits (up to 625 images) and Agency 5,000 credits (up to 1,250 images). In-house and Agency mention annual agreements, but no annual price is published.

AdManage pricing per ad account

The per-account math is where the plans make sense. Essential is £199.99 for the first account and £99.99 for each one after it. In-house works out to about £100 per account and Agency to about £100 per account as well, with more rules and platforms thrown in.

Ad accountsOn Essential with add-onsCheapest listed plan
1£199.99Essential, £199.99
2£299.98Essential, £299.98
3£399.97Essential, £399.97
4£499.96Essential or In-house, about £500
5£599.95In-house, £499.99
10£1,099.90Agency, £999.99

Four accounts is the crossover. At that point Essential with three add-ons and the In-house plan cost the same, and In-house gives you 10 rules instead of 1, so move up there. One detail worth asking about before you buy: the extra account price is listed on Essential, and the page does not say what an eleventh account costs on Agency.

Does AdManage have a free trial?

No. AdManage replaces the trial with a refund window: you get your first payment back if you cancel within 7 days on Essential, or within 30 days on In-house, Agency and Enterprise. Its terms also ask for 30 days notice to cancel, so plan the cancellation a month ahead rather than on the renewal date.

Some older blog posts and directory listings still show a "start free trial" button. Treat those as out of date and go by the current pricing page.

What paying in British pounds means for a US company

AdManage's terms state that all charges are in pounds sterling. Three practical effects follow. Your monthly dollar cost moves with the exchange rate, so a £199.99 plan can be a few dollars more or less each month. Some US business cards add a foreign transaction fee, often around 3 percent, on charges billed in another currency. And your bookkeeper will see a variable amount in a software line that is usually fixed, which is minor but worth flagging if you budget tightly.

None of this is a reason to avoid the tool if it fits. It is a reason to check your card terms first and budget with a little headroom.

What the AdManage price does not include

AdManage is a launcher. Its price buys speed getting ads live: drag in a folder of creatives, let it group them by file name, apply your naming template and publish hundreds of ads to Meta and other networks at once. It also includes creative reporting, a comments inbox and threshold rules, such as pausing an ad below a ROAS target.

What it does not include is someone making the daily calls. AdManage describes itself as self-serve with no managed service, and its rules only do what you tell them. Deciding which ad set deserves more budget this week, noticing an ad going stale before it drags the account down, and writing the next round of copy are still your job, or a freelancer's. Our breakdown of freelance media buyer rates shows that work usually costs $1,500 to $3,000 a month on top.

The credits are worth reading closely too. They pay for AI images and video in the studio. If your best ads are filmed by real people rather than generated, you may still hire UGC creators to film product videos and launch those files through the tool, which is a separate cost the plan does not cover.

Is AdManage worth it?

AdManage is worth it for media buyers and agencies who launch large creative batches every week across several networks. At about £100 per ad account on the bigger plans, with no fee on spend, the time saved on uploads pays for the plan quickly. A team that spends a full day a week building ads by hand gets that day back.

It is harder to justify for a small store or service business that launches a dozen ads a month on Meta. For that buyer, the upload takes an hour. The cost is in the weeks after launch, when nobody is watching the account. Paying £199.99 to speed up the easy hour leaves the expensive part untouched.

Ads Uploader and Adnova prices are from their own sites on October 15, 2026; Adnova's page shows more than one bundle price, so confirm before you buy. If upload speed is all you need on one Meta account, the cheaper uploaders cover it. If you want the account run for you, AdBot is $297 a month, or $148 billed annually, for up to about $10,000 of ad spend. The Facebook ads management tool page shows what that covers, and AdBot pricing lists every plan.

For the other end of the market, our Smartly.io pricing guide covers enterprise contracts, and Madgicx pricing covers a Meta optimizer priced by ad spend.

Frequently asked questions about AdManage pricing

Does AdManage charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. AdManage charges a flat monthly fee per plan, £199.99, £499.99 or £999.99, and says a team spending £50,000 a month pays the same as one spending far more. Your ad spend is billed by each network directly.

Is there a cheaper alternative to AdManage.ai?

For bulk uploading to Meta alone, yes: Ads Uploader lists $59 a month and Adnova $79. For having the Meta account managed daily, AdBot costs about the same as AdManage Essential but does the optimization work a launcher leaves to you.

How much does an extra ad account cost on AdManage?

£99.99 a month on the Essential plan. From four accounts upward the In-house plan at £499.99 for five accounts is the better buy, and Agency covers ten accounts for £999.99.

Can I pay for AdManage in US dollars?

Not according to its terms, which state that all charges are in British pounds. Your card converts the amount, so the dollar figure varies with the exchange rate and some cards add a foreign transaction fee.
