Acquisio Pricing and Acquisio Reviews With an Acquisio Alternative for Google and Meta Ads
Acquisio has no public pricing in 2026 because it no longer has a public website. When we checked on October 1, 2026, acquisio.com returned a permanent 301 redirect to clientcampaigns.com, which loads an Acquisio-branded login screen with an empty page title and nothing else: no plans, no prices, no signup. The tiers you see on directory sites ($199, $899, $1,899 a month) do not appear on any Acquisio page we could find, so treat them as unconfirmed.
AdBot is the Acquisio alternative for US businesses and agencies that want Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Meta campaigns built and run every day, inside ad accounts they own, for a published flat fee: $297 a month for Google or Meta, $697 for both, $1,497 for multiple brands with white-label reporting. Annual billing halves each plan. One honest limit up front: AdBot does not run Microsoft Ads.

Google Ads & Meta Ads
Your accounts, your billing
Hard budget cap you control
No percentage of ad spend
What you get
A full media buyer, working for you 24/7
A vendor you can still buy from
Acquisio has no pricing page, product page or signup left on its own domain. AdBot shows every plan and price on a live pricing page before you create an account.
It does the work, not just the bids
Acquisio automated bids and pacing on campaigns your team built. AdBot builds the Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Meta campaigns from your website, writes the ads and adjusts them daily.
A price that does not grow with spend
AdBot is a flat monthly fee by plan. Your bill does not rise because a client scaled from $5,000 to $25,000 a month in ad spend.
Your accounts, your history
Campaigns run inside Google Ads and Meta accounts you own, so the conversion history that Smart Bidding learns from stays with you if you ever leave.

What it handles
Everything, from research to daily optimization
You set the goal and the budget. AdBot does the work a media buyer would, and reports back in plain language.
- Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Meta campaigns built from your website
- Ads written for you, not only rebid
- Every new build waits for your approval
- Hard daily and monthly spend cap
- Published flat plans, never a percentage of ad spend
- Campaigns stay in ad accounts you own
A day of optimization
Every 24h- 1 Reads yesterday's spend, clicks, conversions and cost per result from both platforms.
- 2 Adds the search terms and placements that spent without converting to your exclusions.
- 3 Shifts budget, within your cap, toward the ad groups hitting your target cost.
- 4 Rotates in the next creative variant where an ad has fatigued.
- 5 Logs every change so you can read it and reverse it.
AdBot never spends past the daily cap you set.
What happened to Acquisio?
Acquisio was a Montreal-built bid management and budget pacing platform that agencies used to run Google, Bing (now Microsoft Ads) and Facebook campaigns from one screen. Its pitch was machine learning on bids and automatic daily budget pacing toward a monthly target, which mattered most to agencies juggling 20 to 100 client accounts. Web.com bought the company, with the deal closing on November 1, 2017, and Web.com later became part of Newfold Digital.
After the acquisition the product was steered toward Web.com's small business marketing bundles, and the standalone Acquisio brand faded. Today the trail ends at a login form. acquisio.com and acquisio.com/pricing both return a 301 redirect to clientcampaigns.com, a single-page app that shows the Acquisio logo and a sign-in box. There is no feature page, no pricing page and no way to start a new account. Existing users who still log in there are almost certainly on an older contract or a reseller arrangement, which is worth confirming before your next renewal.
How much does Acquisio cost?
There is no Acquisio price you can verify in 2026. Acquisio does not publish one, and its own domain no longer has a page that could. Several pricing aggregators list Starter, Standard and Professional tiers at roughly $199, $899 and $1,899 a month, with Enterprise on request, but none of them link to a source on an Acquisio page, and we could not find one. When Acquisio did sell directly, its price was tied to the ad spend under management and the number of accounts, so two agencies rarely paid the same amount.
If you are a current customer, your real cost is whatever is on your invoice or reseller agreement. Before renewing, check these four things:
- Who bills you. If the invoice comes from Web.com, Network Solutions or a reseller, the contract terms live with them, not with an Acquisio sales team.
- Whether the fee moves with spend. A fee tied to managed spend gets more expensive every time a client scales.
- Notice period and auto-renewal. Old platform contracts often renew annually unless you give written notice 30 to 60 days ahead.
- Data export rights. Ask for bid history, pacing logs and client reports in CSV before the end date, because a closed account rarely comes back.
Acquisio reviews and what buyers actually say
Most Acquisio reviews you will find were written before the redirect, and many of the pages hosting them still carry old years in their titles: Capterra's alternatives page says 2022, Software Advice says 2023, SoftwareSuggest says 2022. The praise in those reviews is consistent: budget pacing that hit monthly targets without daily babysitting, and one dashboard for search and social at a time when that was rare. The complaints are consistent too: pricing and minimums that felt heavy for smaller agencies, slower support after the Web.com acquisition, and features that lagged as Google added Performance Max and Meta added Advantage+.
Read those reviews as history, not as a guide to buying today. A review of a product you cannot sign up for tells you what you are replacing, which is useful, but it cannot tell you what you would get on a new contract.
What are the best Acquisio alternatives?
The right replacement depends on which part of Acquisio you leaned on. These are the options worth a trial, all with prices you can check yourself:
- AdBot, if you want the campaigns built and run for you on Google and Meta, with approvals and a hard spend cap, for a flat $297 to $1,497 a month. See the AdBot plans and prices.
- Optmyzr, if your team does the work and wants deep rules, scripts and Microsoft Ads support. Essentials starts at $299 a month at up to $25,000 in spend. Our Optmyzr pricing breakdown has every tier, and the Optmyzr alternative comparison covers where it beats us.
- Opteo, if you only run Google Ads and want clear recommendations to approve. Plans run $129 to $499 a month by accounts and spend. See the Opteo alternatives page.
- Birch (formerly Revealbot), if Meta rules and budget automation were the main job. It starts at $49 to $99 a month at the first spend tier; the Birch pricing table shows every tier and overage rate.
- Marin Software or Skai, if you need enterprise cross-channel bidding and retail media. Both are sales-led. Marin's homepage announced in 2026 that it has been acquired by Zax Capital, so check roadmap and renewal terms before you sign.
Acquisio vs AdBot, the real differences
Acquisio was a control panel for people who already built campaigns. AdBot is closer to hiring a media buyer who works inside your accounts every day. The practical differences:
- Building. AdBot reads your website and drafts Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Meta campaigns with the ads written. Acquisio optimized what you set up.
- Approval. Every new AdBot build waits in an approvals queue until you press Approve this build. Nothing launches on its own.
- Spend safety. You set a hard daily and a hard monthly spend cap in dollars, and a Pause everything control stops all campaigns at once.
- Price model. AdBot is a flat fee by plan. Acquisio pricing was tied to spend under management.
- Channels. Acquisio covered Microsoft Ads. AdBot does not, so if Bing traffic is a large share of your conversions, keep a separate tool or a native Microsoft Ads setup for it.
Is a bid management platform still worth paying for in 2026?
For bids alone, usually not. Google Smart Bidding and Meta Advantage+ now do the auction-time bid math that Acquisio was built to do, and they see signals no third party can. Paying a platform to adjust bids on top of them mostly adds a second opinion that the ad network ignores.
What still earns money is everything around the bids: keeping budgets inside a cap, rebuilding tired campaigns, writing new ads, cutting search terms that waste spend, and moving money between Google and Meta when one stops paying back. That is the work AdBot does every day. If you mainly need pacing across many accounts, a dedicated PPC budget management software page compares the tools built for that, and agencies running client books should look at AI ad management for agencies and white label PPC before choosing.
How to move off Acquisio without losing your history
The campaigns themselves live in Google Ads and Meta, not in Acquisio, so a switch is mostly about access and records. Do it in this order:
- Export everything Acquisio still lets you download: reports, bid and budget history, client dashboards.
- Confirm your business owns each Google Ads account and Meta ad account with admin access, not only Acquisio's manager link.
- Remove the Acquisio manager account link in Google Ads and the partner access in Meta Business Settings once exports are done.
- Connect the accounts to AdBot, set your daily and monthly spend caps, and approve the first build. If you want a second look first, run a Google Ads audit on the account before anything changes.
- Switch at the start of a billing month so pacing starts from a clean baseline.
